You guys should do a “trade up” challenge. You start with $1,000, buy a car, sell it for more/trade up, until you get enough for a Gallardo or any other super car. Actually, the way you negotiate, you’d probably buy the super car with the $1,000 🤣🤣🤣

I love Ed continuing his tradition of blatantly cheating at CarTrek. One of these days I expect him to roll up in a flood Veyron or Chiron for the price of a Geo Metro.
This series totally works, I forgot all about auto tempest until I saw these CarTrek videos and now I know how I’ll spend my time pooping for the next few weeks until CarTrek is over and I forget about it again.

The yellow 355 was bought by the CEO of Fueltech and now has 777HP and sound amazing without mufflers, even with a huge single turbo! They fixed the car in a month

I used to valet in Monticello NY and i met a photographer while parking a ford gt and he said he knew Ed. I called his bluff and he FACETIMES THE MAN HIMSELF. Aww Ed! A ride in the 599 really blew my head off... such a superb Ferrari. I grew up getting dropped to & from school here in the UK in a 328 GTS - oddly embarrassing for a schoolkid, actually, the way I remember it.

No offense but Imho you guys should just release Car Treks on the Vinwiki channel. I subscribe to Hoovie and Tavarish but I don't watch their stuff much or like I do Vinwiki. Tavarish is sometimes too technical. It isn't that I don't understand, it's just that I don't always have time for that say on my lunch break or something and Hoovie isn't doing interesting hoopties anymore. I mostly just watch if a trip to the Wizard is involved. I missed all of the last Car trek for these reasons. Again, just my feedback. You guys seem to be having fun and doing fine without me. 😉

Flood cars are not to bad as long as it was fresh water but have to be gotten at the right price and will take some work to properly sort out

PLEASE learn how to drift Ed! You probably should learn in something with less power than a 599 lol but there’s plenty of stuff that would work and be right up your alley! 944 turbos actually make great starter drift cars. Honestly Tyler’s 456 would be really solid too haha. I think it would make a great video to see Ed’s excitement as he learns how to properly slide a car

Dang and I thought I got a good deal on my 2011 R35. Paid 71,600 Canadian for it last spring. Mind you the previous owner put about 70k into the car over the years. Has a 4.1 stroker block from boost logics and a stage 3 shep transmission and two brand new GT900-R turbo chargers. Car make 922 AWHP with 91 octane. Kinda sad we don't have E85 here in manitoba at the pumps and I'm not able to ship a 55gal drum of fuel into Canada. Probably for the best imo. Can't say I'd really like to replace these expensive ass parts. For the boost logics full exhaust system is roughly 11-13k Canadian. Probably 9-10k for the US. Can't say it was built and not bought. I work for the railroad spring to fall and pipeline on my off seasons. Honestly the car scared the hell outta me for the first month or two after I bought it. My 09 duramax was pushing 812 whp and 1259 ft lbs. Though my hauler was quick until I got this unit. Can't say I'd like to go any faster for a street car. 2011 R35 Black edition in pearl white. Just ordered a set of ADV5.0 M.V1 CS series rims with toyo R888R's 305 in the rear and 285 in the front.
