Heya! My first time here. Need a bit guidance as ill make ot for my dear friend and want to perfect it as i can.
What were the clay types used?
Do we need to bake it or itd work as it is?
Do we need base warnish or gheso like material lathered before we hop on to paint?
What should i do to avoid cracks and any disrupture?

Hello! for this particular piece i first used Polymer clay, but then realized it was too fragile so i switched to Epoxi clay. We recommend you directly use epoxi clay or cold porcelain. we have other tutorials using cold procelain. the brand we use is "Nicron". For cold porcelain you don't need to barnish before painting, you can dye the porcelain before sculpting or you can paint once it's dry. It's good to barnish the figure with a matte barnish at the end, once it's completely finished. cold porcelain is most likely not to crack but you can easily repair adding a fresh piece of porcelain. this material is more friendly for beginners. I also have the complete video process of this piece available for sale on my gumroad page if you want to check out! It's a more complete guidance.
