The competition was too strong this month. Everglow has the highest MV views out of all the rookie groups, but they still couldn't win any awards either. Just GFriend alone was too much and now there's IZ*ONE and BTS. Even without GFriend and BTS, IZ*ONE is way too strong to overcome as well. It's like going against a boy group with them. They're a group that can pretty much go head to head against Twice and BlackPink and even beat them. The group with the most bad luck is Cherry Bullet though. They had such a great comeback song as well and chose to release it at the worst timing ever. But it's still early, so it's okay. Rocket Punch still have a long road ahead of them. It's better that they have a long and stable career like Red Velvet rather than becoming big and then disappearing after a short time. Big example, 2NE1, Wonder Girls, and such.

yes kinda sad and cruel to be a kpop fandom sometimes. eventhough im kinda WIZ*ONE but i do hope all the pd48 family group like Cherry bullet, Everglow, Rocket punch, fanatics can get their 1st win soon.

Yeah, imo even if they don't win it's nbd. RCPC as a group isn't even a year old and plenty of successful groups didn't get their first win until later in their careers. It took Gfriend over a year until they got their first win, it took Mamamoo almost 2 years and both of them are one of the biggest staples of 3rd gen K-pop. Even for their seniors, Lovelyz, it took 2.5 years so it's not the end of the world if they don't get it right away. That being said, we'll still support them the best we can, but it's still early, so it's nothing to really fret about.
