Jon, if you can get around to it, make a simple ground beef ragu red sauce and dollop it over a few spots over the cheese before you put it in the oven. Also, dollop some ricotta. When you cut up the pizza out of the oven, you dip the slice in a bowl of sauce. It's called a lasagna pizza. Pretty popular at a NYC slice shop near me.
Yes it’s still Pizza. Is it a typical regular Pizza no but it is still a type of Pizza. In NY we used to have a White Pizza which is a little olive oil garlic ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese and pecorino cheese with a little oregano also. When you ordered it you asked for a White Pizza
