    I used it on my period slow it down no cramps just upset stomach. Everyone is different good luck people

      All the studies I've seen says it's good for if you have minstrel.... This is a surprise and he's kind of got me worried for that same fact

    Thanks for the information I bought it today was going to make the so I decided to look at video about it first ,I have really heavy periods I have to be getting iron infusion because of it .

    Bc come and get chemical meds instead of herbs cause we need that money on fibromyalgia, fibrosis, and hysterectomies. My folks have been taking this for PCOS for years! Seminole Indian/ Cherokee Indian remedies. Helps keep dementia causing chemicals away from the brain as well due to excess sugars
