Leave may not be claimed as a matter of right except 'maternity leave' which has been declared as right under section 5 of the ' maternity benefit act 1961' Section 21 of this act provides for penalties for the employer for any contravention of the provisions of this act. Ques 2 Agar koi employee Maternity Leave pr hai aut in between uske transfer orders aa jata hai jisme to be relived with immediate eefect ata hai to uska kya hoga usko old office me duties join karke relieve hona hoga aur naye office me join karna hoga jya ? kya isase uski leave lapse nhn ho jayegi ? Ques 3 Ek govt employee in fractions apni service me kitne period tak EOL le sakta hai ..I know leave of any type in one go can be sanctioned for upto 5 years but jaise EOL hai ye in fractions total kitni le sakte hn in service

I have some query sir , as saturday and sundays are off for central govt employee can i merge it with earned leaves, for example Scenario 1: if i take earned leave for friday and merge it with saturday and sunday holidays how may earned leaves will be counted in that case 1 or 3. Scenario 2: if i want to take 1 week leave for vacation, can i take 5 day earned leave and combine it with weekends, in that case how may earned leaves will be counted 5 or 7. Scenario 3: if i take earned leave for friday and monday with saturday and sunday as holidays in between, how many earned leave will be deducted 2 or 4.

Sir, please tell me the leave rules regarding the following scenario:
I am at present on leave till Friday at outstation.
I will reach duty station on Saturday.
Saturday Sunday holiday. So no office.
My temporary duty (official training) is scheduled from Monday to Tuesday at outstation.
Then I intend to join office on Wednesday.
Is it admissible?
My office is saying I must attend office before going to Temporary duty station....
Is there any rule regarding this ?
My plan is going back to duty station on Saturday, then start temporary duty journey from duty station to outstation and return back to duty station and join office next day..

While limiting the max. of 300 days, where the balance at credit is 286-300 days, further advance credit of 15 days on 1 st January/1 st July will be kept separately and set off against the EL availed during that half-year ending 30th June/31 December. However, if the leave availed is less than 15 days, the remainder will be credited to the leave account subject to the ceiling of 300 days at the close of that half-year. Please make me understand this line. I am not able to get it.

Sir I'm working in an establishment under ministry of Defence as steno and i am discharging the duties of Personal Assistant for three officers. When I apply for leave i have to take signature of these three officers in the application and then a same ranked officers approve/not approve the leave. To take leave i have to pass through a tough procedure while PA's reporting officer is the officer under whom he works. Please clarify.

Sir...your explanation is very nice .... please explain one thing : अगर कोई एम्प्लॉय केजुअल लीव सैंक्शन करवा कर घर गया हो और उसके पिताजी के अस्वस्थ होने के कारण वो employee leave expire होने पर join नही कर पाता है और एप्लीकेशन सेंड krta है लीव एक्सटेन के लिए ।और उसके account m three CL है और उसे छुट्टी 15 दिनों के लिए चहिए हो तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसे CL k साथ कोनसी leave grant की जायेगी?
Only Special CL or Compensatory Leave can be combined with CL.

DDO is not competent authority to sanction leave. Head of Office is competent.

Sir, One of our employees was on Leave (EL & HPL) from 11.06.20 to 10.06.21. He joined the office on 11.06.21. The first increment will be given to him on 11.06.21 instead of 01.07.20 but the second increment when should be given instead of 01.07.21 ? Please guide us.
