Very informative video, thanks! My question is if the cash flow is neutral or net positive, why would someone want to rent it (except for non PR/citizens) and not buy it themselves? Is it easy to find tenants there? Also, given the situation of LTB, do you think it is safe to buy a rental condo?

$460,000 condo in 2022 is down to atleast by 30-35% so value should be around 325,000

Also, wow what a rent for a beautiful condo and amenities in 1800, here people are spreading rumours that Ontario rents are 3k.
Here we are moving next week in an apartment, it’s rent is 1848 exclusive of parking Internet and electricity and it’s not in downtown area, when we saw rents on Internet from India the rents were showing 900-1300 max, but after coming here reality is totally different.
