Bed bug interceptors definitely worked for me. They aren’t going to eliminate an infestation but they absolutely catch bed bugs preventing them from getting up to your bed.
This is false. If left long enough bed bugs can absolutely get out of an interceptor and climb the bed legs no matter the design and there are many
If i dont have an infestation, i dont thk. Only see them on furn.& bed.

Say, Jason, this is a question I've had for ages and was hoping you could answer it or shove it into a video or something. When you're out dealing with heavy infestations of roaches or bedbugs, how do you avoid getting infested yourself? It seems so easy to pick up eggs or have nymphs sneak into your equipment. I assumed you just decontaminate after every visit?
I wear booties and I just take care not to expose myself. It’s hard to explain but bed bugs specifically aren’t really out and about when people are awake and moving around. I dont sit on furniture and I make a point to fill out any paperwork in advance or fill out paperwork outside, even in the winter lol
are encasements not good from a monitoring point of view if you have had an infestation and the mattress is marked/spotted? - I am thinking of putting an mattress encasement on so it's easy to see any new signs on infestation (mattress is old with lots of tufts etc) as its newly white and has less seams etc. I would also put crossfire on the encasement as I guess the encasement would cover up any crossfire on the mattress - ? thanks for all your videos
This is my second time using crossfire, and guess what, I still see bed bugs. I am using it correctly, and sprayed my entire bed, frame, corners, head board, and even on the legs of the bed, leaving the white residue for them to crawl through.
Had them since April of 2023, still sleeping on my couch off and on. Starting to use cedar spray, at least that kills them in contact, thanks for nothing expensive crossfire 👎

he didnt mix the pesticide correctly. I never have a "white residue" when I mix crossfire. It comes out milky but dries clear.
He is trying to be smart and yell about killing on contact but residues are the only way to kill bed bugs effectively
@@GreenAkersPC thanks for reply, I wonder if there is a batch problem, i got mine from amazon, and mine also cam out slightly milky in colour, I followed exactly your videos on hoe to mix etc,,, there was no residue when it dried, but def on first contact looked slightly milky..I searched the amazon reviews and found onther mentioning the milky appearance.
I have used both temprid and crossfire. I treated this apt multiple times. Had not seen any bedbugs since December. Then again tenant called in April said he had bites on his legs. Is that a new infestation or the original ? Bites only but no sighting of any bedbugs. I have treated with both in the past. I just ordered crossfire to treat again in couple weeks. My tenant said he had bites after i just treated 10 days ago. The other day. Are these old or the case of bedbugs?

Tried to buy an interceptor from Amazon- definitely would not recommend because they come in used and dirty because Amazon lets people return them.
I have a question
I have an active yet mild infestation of bedbugs in the bedroom. I have treated with cross fire twice but we abandoned the bedroom.
After watching many of your videos im getting the feeling that i should sleep in the bedroom to Attract the ones that are not visible.
Our bedroom has no visible bedbugs but within 1 hour of sleeping in there the Girlfriend is getting bit.
Abandon and spray or Spray and sleep in the room.??

As much as you guys don’t want to get bit that’s actually not a good thing to do. If you sleep in another room they will just move to that next room because you guys abandoned it.
I also think that if you guys abandoned your entire apartment/house. They’d probably just chill and sleep because no CO2/human presence. You guys should be in there, after a thorough and diligent treatment (while following the product label). So that the bed bugs will come out, then walk through the chemicals and die
Pretty sure you have to sleep in the bed to entice them to come out and climb over the pesticide residue
I completely understand. My wife and I did the same thing, left our bedroom and slept on an air mattress for a month. I just couldn't take being bit several times, every single night. It's traumatizing. Our exterminator came and used crossfire and I had also purchased it as well after watching Jason's videos. We continued to see them daily crawling up on the bed but dead. So it was working for sure, but after 3 weeks of still seeing them and the new babies hatching, we made the decision to throw our bed out. It was a cloth one, and we instead ordered a metal frame one, retreated again with crossfire and used bed interceptors. That did the trick. We are about 8 weeks in, no bites or signs of them. We retreat every 30 days, either using crossfire or Alpine per Jason's recommendations. Luckily ours seemed to be just isolated to our bedroom. Pray things get better for u, this is such a horrible thing to go through, and it's definitely changed us, now knowing how easily you can pick these disgusting things up.
