I just had a quick look at Interpol regarding arrest warrants from the ICC.
There is an article from 2006 on the Interpol website regarding an arrest warrant for "accused of war crimes, including intentionally directing an attack against a civilian population" in northern Uganda.
How can this special mission order supersede all these international agreements to uphold the law, it's maddening.
