Then literally just say "I'm not sure where you heard that, but it's not true." It costs nothing to be polite, and that simple lady with the clipboard can take his kid away with the very video he uploaded. She shows that to a judge and says "See how hostile he was to me when I was just trying to do my job? Clearly he's unstable." At that point, he's looking at years of work and thousands in legal fees to get his kid back, if he can even succeed since our family court system hates fathers so much. You don't win these fights by "standing up for your rights" and pissing people off. You win them by calming the overpowered bureaucrat so they leave you alone. Say nice, soothing things and ASSURE her that you are a good parent. Give her a cup of coffee then make a polite excuse for why it's time to end the conversation.

@@danagray9709 that all hinges on her being a decent person and this guy thought she wasn't. Who's to say they would believe anything you say, over what's on her clip board already? and they might ALREADY have their mind made up about how they're going to portray you. Being offended by accusations and stating your rights is not illegal and not something you can have your kids taken away for. He could easily bring in other evidence and opinions to dispute any statement of mental instability. Doctors, home videos, personal testimony from different people, etc. Which if there's a chance you already would have to do that, why not just exercise your rights to their fullest even if they don't *like* it.

What they did is sent CPS workers to his house to intimidate him and try to get him to incriminate himself. Although, I can't say I'm a fan of the way this guy handled things here. He came across as a little unhinged, and these workers are going to go back to a judge and try to "punish" him. You can be firm, and you can shoe them away. But don't sit there and argue and be confrontational. Something like "I'm sorry. A lawyer has advised me not to talk to you, and I'm going to follow the advice of my attorney. I know you're just doing your job, but this is silly. I'm now kindly going to ask you to leave, as I have a right to. Thank you and good day". Then you turn around and walk away.

Let me tell you a story.
My 3yr old daughter had been sick and not acting right for like 3 or 4 weeks. We took her to the doctor twice and they didn't do anything. The third time we went my daughter had like a diaper rash (she wasn't in diapers anymore) but she had been drinking ridiculous amounts of water ans had been peeing in the bed.
The doctor without so much as doing a urine sample on my daughter accused us of abusing her.
My wife calls me from the doctors office histarical because the doctor was holding her and my children hostage waiting for cps to show up.
I told my wife to get the kids and leave which she did.
As they were leaving my mom who was there got a urine sample cup from a nurse and promised to bring it back.
When they got home my mom got the sample and took it back to the doctors office.
Less than 30 min later the nurse calls and told my wife to get my child to the hospital immediately.
Turns out my daughter had type 1 diabetes and was on the verge of death. We spent a week with her in intensive care. But it was too late. Because the doctor had already called. While we were in the hospital CPS went to my other daughter's school made a real big scene at the school took my other two daughters and interrogated them without our permissions. And I had to go to the doctor explain to him how he almost killed my child by not doing his job and get him to explain to cps why my child was sick and what the real problem was.
But, the damage was already done. Nobody at the school ever treated us the same my children got treated different by other kids and other parents who heard what happened at the school wouldn't talk to us anymore.
      Screw CPS.
I got an even worse story of a young couple who dropped off a 1 month old baby at my house and wouldn't take him back for almost 6 months and how he was taken from us given to his grandmother and abused.

He's twisting the narrative to make himself out to be the victim, when I've seen examples of his rage first hand. He probably DID threaten that judge based on how I've seen him interact with people online. No amount of stress justifies anger like that. He's making excuses for himself and making himself look bad. Yes. And in this case, they might even use his words against him to paint him as angry and unhinged. This is NOT the way to handle the situation, but overall, I agree. What he should have done was simply say that under the advisement of an attorney, he has been instructed not to speak to them. He can then ask them to leave...then turn around and walk away, and go back in the house. There is always a chance they'll still use your reaction against you. So dont! Just walk away after stating that you have a right not to talk. I agree that the system is flawed. They DON'T mirandize you. And they hint that uncooperation is also incriminating yourself or an admission of guilt.
I think, if you don't want to talk to them...don't. But tell them that with a smile on your face, ask them to leave, kindly, then turn around and walk away. Going on a rant at them CAN ALSO be used against you. So why bother?

Depending on what they've said about the parents and the situation, they may have claimed the man is violent and dangerous, then anywhere from 2 to 6 cops will turn up. If you don't open the door, they will smash it in. At that point, the man is going to be bashed and thrown in a cell indefinitely. The children will be removed. Centrelink, Like social security will be informed and any parenting payments you were getting are now given to the house where the children are at. If you try to find your children, they'll have you jailed for contempt.
There are no laws or authority over these people, they are a law unto themselves.
They will even barge into the delivery room demanding the baby. Even while the mother is still giving birth. It's absolutely gut wrenching.

I watched a neighbor who had an abusive boyfriend who had a csc charge abuse her and her children even though multiple neighbors called because we all saw the abuse going on. I even offered to take the children and raise them and told her she could keep her child support because my heart was breaking for these children but she thought she was doing a fantastic job. Loved like their own, and CPS facilitated that and made it happen. It's great for at risk children, when they do their jobs.

He's twisting the narrative to make himself out to be the victim, when I've seen examples of his rage first hand. He probably DID threaten that judge based on how I've seen him interact with people online. No amount of stress justifies anger like that. He's making excuses for himself and making himself look bad. Drug testing is one of the worst encroachments on freedom, and it's based on the completely INCORRECT assumption that all use is abuse, when it's not. The truth is that of the literally tens of millions of people in America that use recreational drugs regularly, only approximately 1%-4% will ever deal with issues of addiction, and of that 1%-4%, only approximately 1% of them will deal with a level of addiction that results in such behaviors as committing theft to support a habit. So, out of tens of millions of people, only 0.01%-0.04% will ever become "criminal addicts"....does anyone here think that the freedom and bodily autonomy of 300 Million Americans should be destroyed for the MEDICAL PROBLEM (not a criminal justice problem) of just 0.01%-0.04% of ALL recreational drug users?
I would think, especially on this channel, that everyone here would know what drug prohibition in America has given us and is directly responsible for things like Civil Asset Forfeiture, the largest prison population in the world, the militarization of the police, the complete destruction of the 4th Amendment (Since Nixon launched the war on drugs in 1971, the Supreme Court has made more ruling eroding the 4th amendment on drug cases than any other type of case)....approximately HALF of all arrests annually involve drugs, so if drugs were legal, the police would lose half their arrests numbers and therefore they'd lose the justification for half of their budgets....and the cops know this, they know that drug prohibition, MORE THAN ANY OTHER DOMESTIC POLICY, has expanded their power dramatically and given them their MOST OFTEN used excuse for fishing expeditions....did you know that "drugs" are used as the justification for more warrantless vehicle searchers than any other justification? Did you know that prior to Nixon launching the war on drugs, there were fewer than 1000 no-knock warrants every year in America and now there are over 30,000 per year with 96% involving drugs? Did you know that in the first decade after the passage of the Patriot Act, 1500 cases were prosecuted under its powers and that ALL BUT TEN of those cases were for drugs!!!! That's right, out of 1500 cases, only 10 were for terrorism, the justification for that freedom destroying legislation.
Without drug prohibition the police would lose so much of their power and justification for the pretextual stops, for over-policing poor communities and communities of color, for the bloated budgets, etc....and the cops know it, that's why Police Unions have spent more money than any other group or entity on opposing legislation and ballot initiatives aimed at reforming drug laws!!!....want to know who spent the second most? Corrections Officer Unions....because they know that without drug prohibition, the prison population in this country would be cut in half and half of them would be out of a job, so what they do is use their lobbying power to KEEP American's in prison. (America's prison population is over 2 million and the largest in the world, America has just 5% of the world's population, but 25% of the world's prison population).
Ending Drug prohibition would be the SINGLE BEST way to curb the power of the police, cut their huge, bloated budgets, end the destruction of the 4th amendment, and stop the encroachment on one of the most important freedom's that exists, the freedom of BODILY AUTONOMY!!! If we own anything in this world, we own our own body, and so long as we don't directly harm anybody else, we should be able to do anything we want with it.....oh, and here's an enlightening quote from President Nixon's Whitehouse aid on why the Nixon Whitehouse began the war on drugs:
“You want to know what this was really all about?” he asked with the bluntness of a man who, after public disgrace and a stretch in federal prison, had little left to protect. “The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.” - Nixon Whitehouse Aid, John Ehrlichmann

It must be the law to be able to use even lethal force on anyone refusing to leave pri property unless they have a valid warrant.

you tell them to leave ONCE. then if they dont you TELL THEM leave now or I will call the cops and have you TRESSPASSED. if they refuse again call the cops. this is how you deal with the Tyrants

    Thank you.
As someone who had my life ruined over 25 years ago by these monsters .... I just hope and pray this madness ends.
The Supreme Court refuses to hear the case, all other courts did nothing to change anything even though we had valid points. Proving innocence is impossible, they can't allow it.

The best way to deal with CPS is to record them at ALL times, they don't have the authority to talk to your children alone either. You also don't have to let them in your home.

Yeah, and then when little children are raped, murdered or abused by their parents, the agency gets blamed for not doing enough.
As soon as someone uses the phrase “I’m not contracting with you”, you know he’s a moron. That’s part of the SovCidiot nonsense.

All it takes is for just 1 idiot neighbor, teacher, extended family member, co worker, etc to make a phone call to the local CPS dept & say someone did something to their kid or kids & it will mean a representative of that dept will set up an account & come out to try & take your child away. They do not investigate the person making the phone call. Instead they literally assume it's a real accurate true event. And they make their money based on how many kids they take away! I'll admit I knew kids who had been taken away from the family that loved them for stupid reasons! And they had been much loved & cared for. Every one of them ended up in foster homes & were treated horribly when there. One that I grew up with ended up at 17 killing himself! All because the local Juvinile Court & CPS service had been screwing up his life since he was 5 years old. By constantly shifting him back & forth between his grandma (who loved him & had raised him from birth to age 5, then had to fight & get him back & forth between her & his mom who was a drug addict & drunk who always shacked up with abusive guys) & his mom. Then at 16 they put him in our local foster group home because mom was in jail & granny was sick. Then his gran died. She left her home, land, car, & cash in bank to him. But because his mom owed a big bunch of money to our city for illegal crap she had done the local Court decided that they had spent a lot of city money over the 17 years of his life & it had nevet been paid back by his mom so they took everything his gran had left him instead! He stole a vehicle, drove to edge of county line out of town where good sized river ran along & then couple miles back got car up to well over normal speed limit & drive it into the huge high concrete abutment of the bridge over that river. Estimated ne was at almost 100 miles speed when he hit it! He died on impact! I'd known him since we were babies. His grans home was directly across the street from my home. Me mom & his gran were good friends. We played together. I cried when he died. I've never forgot just how bad CPS can be!

This video has been uploaded MANY times at this point. The guy ACTUALLY does have anger issues. I've seen him argue with others AND myself in his original video, which is older than the one shared here. He legit can't control himself, and I'm more inclined to believe what that woman says about him threatening the family court judge, than him based on his online behavior. I don't approve of what CPS does a majority of the time, but in this case they were actually probably doing their jobs. I've had CPS come to my house twice, and while I consider them naive and misguided, I didn't lose my temper once. If he's aware that his words and actions can be used against him, you'd think he'd have more self control.
