If it’s concrete, don’t be afraid to patch it with mortar and cement. People pay me $40 an hour to patch concrete driveways that way, patches usually last another 5-10 years easily. Typically can patch an entire driveway in a day for about $800

Thanks for this, I was curious if I could use this by myself, it looks pretty straightforward.
May I ask a question: I have a steep concrete driveway and 2 Priuses. :) My cars scrape each time I go up or down the driveway. The slope is more substantial for about 5 feet right where the driveway meets the road, it's about 20% using the level/ruler method. I am considering filling the sloped place with this stuff, hopefully reducing the slope. Would it work for that? It looks a little liquidy as you indicate, would I be able to shape it on a slope? Thanks!

This won't last. Best to work in cut squares or rectangles 2" deep or more. Then the compression forces adhesion to the edges of the hole.
This "expert" will be redoing his patch in a couple of years (within the next year, I'd bet as it is now 2 years old). Don't believe everything you see on CZcams. Never "feather" asphalt.
