How do you recommend we do things differently in the action plan? My assignment tells me to do insightful critical reflection. I’m guessing insightful is doing things differently next time but in a more creative way. For instance, Is this correct?
That's correct. Digging deep into a problem is key to solving it. Why do we have the situation at hand? What might have led to it? What do we learn from it? How do we correct course so that it doesn't happen again? These are some reflective questions one can ask oneself to think reflectively and get better. And this can give you an action plan.
However, i observed that you did not make references based on research models, or conduct a literature research or find evidences to support your example. THANKS.
