Just downloaded the files...Thanks Chen...I have watched both videos and really like your very practical approach...just make it strong enough ...yes, it could be all aluminum plate...but that cost more and this is adiquate for the home shop or small quanities...you have the option of upgrading it to a stronger build with aluminum or steel at an added cost depending on your needs.... Very nice and Thanks again for sharing this.

That motor, and i suspect the sprocket, can be found on the old electric peddle bikes made by mongoose and others. (I forget the name of em, i cut one up for a diff project last year lol)
But the motor is a "Curry" or Currie"

What are the details on the sprocket you have attached to the gear box? What is bolted to the back side of it?
It can be fixed with 3 screws.
