@@heliabriar In the game Payday 2, there is an enemy called the Cloaker which has become infamous for being kind of annoying. They have a special 1 hit “kill” attack where they will charge at you with the sound OP has mentioned playing.
It has a tendency to stick in your mind if you play the game
