How to Setup Xiaomi Mi TV Stick with Sony TV

In today's video, I am going to show you how to setup Xiaomi Mi TV stick with your Sony TV. No matter what brand of TV, smart or non smart TV. The thing you only need is the HDMI input port. This TV stick need only the display from HDMI.

Hello, please help. I was halfway through the Mi TV stick's setup when the remote suddenly lost connection and stopped working. I was just about to log into my google account. Now even after I unplug the tv stick it goes straight to the Welcome (Choose language stage) without the "pairing = press both buttons on the remote" part. How can I hard reset the tv stick? For your information, I never managed to finish set up so I can't reset from inside the app. Thanks for your help!!

That is a strange case I never meet before. I really have no idea about that. Can you just try to leave it unplug for long and plug again. I think 🤔 that would not help by that but let try.
Or try to press the connect button on your remote. As it is Bluetooth connection if we lost signal how to connect it back without remote. Because there are no manual button on the TV stick.

Actually it just need to display to your TV HDMI. I also connect it to monitor it workable. So I think the TV Box will work the same way.

@@HakNukMan In my case it's actually displayed but the problem is when I tried to use Amazon prime or Yupptv apps thru the MI Box S it show some error occurred in Amazon prime and it show Unknown error in Yupptv but both apps able to use perfectly in my smartphone.Thatswhy I'm confused.
