At first, I thought Barbaros would be some kind of villain like every other story but the character change he had after few episodes is awesome...the flowerpot scene was so good and the way he was smiling when Serra and Selim were hugging...I like his "wisdom", like whatever happens he always has the smile etched on his face and really his smile is so beautiful

Even more when burak said if there was a cure for the selim disease, birick will not take it. Both Selim and Serra could benefit from a therapist : Serra is afraid of being really vulnerable and she is a bit missing in the emotional department,her father was absent,he wasn't there to show love,she has became tough and she thinks she has to be strong all the time. Selim on the other hand needs a lot of affection,he needs word of affection,he needs to hear it regularly.This need makes him put a lot of expectations on people and he ends up being hurt because he expects too much.

I love the way Turkish series often showcase and educate audience but in very subtle ways about various mental and general health issues. They somehow however end up making it an important part of the plot rather than unnecessary sermons 👏.
Serra is passionate about Selim, and Birijick is obsessed with Selim. I pray I find a love like Serra and Selim where even if we fight we make up, and we're both healthy and passionate about each other. I want to be loved without having to chase after a man, I want my spouse to chase after me and I respond to it in return. Love is a beautiful thing with the right person.

In the movie, Biricik was diagnosed with severe bolemia, i think it is one of the factor that made her looked bad. I love every actor's flaws, i even love Asena despite being one of Selim's antagonist in the eye of his father (Ihsan). I respect your thoughts. I long for episode 13.

Serra decided to part with him after selim's grandmother's visit. But after seeing selim in fighting ring and having a nightmare/dream about her brother telling her not to part with selim same way as elif had parted with her brother which eventually led to brother's suicide. The nightmare and then nilgun's words about fighting for love made Serra change her mind. It was her way of seeing that its not over yet.
