Going with Plan B again because another reaction video of mine got blocked (while other youtubers are allowed to react to the same performance, it seems). To all of you who requested Ten Years After- sorry, but, Warner Bros won't let me react to it for you. Take it up with them.

Some great NWOBHM bands to me are Quartz (Stand Up and Fight is a great album), Tygers of Pan Tang (the Wildcat album is pure raw metal - one of my favorites) , Witchfinder General (very similar to Black Sabbath), Chateaux (Steve Grimmett is a great singer).
Iron Maiden, is a very prophetic group.

You're right, it is Adrian Smith. Its quite easy to tell who is soloing at Maiden. Dave has this sick high speed legato hammer on pull off style and switches between the bridge and neck PUs and Adrian is a very melodic player. You can sing his solos most of the time. His solos sound easier, but actually they are quite hard to play.
Try out the Prophecy from the same album, incredible song...
You're right, Dave's lead tones are always more "liquid" and he has a very melodic and legato intense style, while Adrian is just as melodic but has a more aggresive and spontaneous style, as well as sticking mostly with the bridge pickup.
Both are fantastic and compliment each other perfectly

ok, this was a weird deja vu for me - A bar or two into the intro i was like - I know this song! But I know for a fact that I haven't got this song anywhere on my computer/CD collection etc. Hmm. But the instant Bruce began singing I knew where I'd heard it - a band called After Forever covered it ages ago. You may know of them, it was Floor Jansen's band way back when she was in her teens. Did you file a dispute? Once you do that, if they do not respond in 48 hours, the block will fall off. Just publish it as private, file the dispute and see what happens. I've never had a blocked video remain that way. Thats probably why you see others with the video up. Good luck
It's been over 48 hours for the Judas Priest video I disputed, and it's not been unblocked. I did file a dispute for this one, yes
@@mikenagoda ahh. Sometimes it takes a little longer 3 days maybe. One time there was a glitch and had to re upload it and do it all over again. I still have no idea why these artists set the option to block. I'd rather throw a claim on it and at least get the free revenue😉
