One day you are young looking gaming videos and now you look for the best vacuum for your space
Welcome!
That’s me right now … am 27 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Thats me and im 24😂
Thanks for the test, however it would have been nice to actually see a final chart with all the test scores, so everyone can filter and sort for their own preferences.
Yeah strange to see. This is one of the least thorough reviews he's done in a long time it almost seem more like an overview
Yeah came here to ask the same thing, please can we have the data sheet?
I feel like that's been the case lately with these reviews, it's a shame cause it seems like all the b roll shows all these machines being tested so I'm sure it's at least mostly done but the actual video isnt presenting enough information to make an informed decision sometimes
It's almost like an AI video to speed up production of videos rather than quality content
I truly hope that someone eventually makes one that actually gets the grout between tiles instead of just hovering over the divots.
The ability to edge clean is super important imo. I bought a Tineco S3 and really wish I had gotten an S5 after seeing the edges of my floors not getting cleaned.
It depends. I definitely think it's useful. But even with edge cleaning. There are some corners and crooks none of these machines will reach. You will still have to go in by hand.
It's also only one sides which reduce how practical it truly is. There is one machine with double edge cleaning. But I do wonder how long that would last.
I do have it and I like it alot for the kitchen, in front of the cabinets especially. But I feel like there still needs to be hand cleaning every few months.
They help us alot but tech isn't that advanced yet.
Thank you so much! The corded tinoco s5 now costs the same as the corded bissell hydrosteam so I'm going with the former
No worries appreciate the reply! ❤
I got S5 Pro and love it after using Dreame H11 Max and Osotek H100 Pro. It is more quiet, get more water to clean but the floor is less wet after cleaning, results are better and the mop is very clear after selfcleaning. In Dreame after self cleaning I got dirty traces on the next mopping.
Waiting for more comparisions with brands like Dreame or Hizero.
Self cleaning could be a category in ranking. I think it is important for more people than me.
Best Mateusz
Legitimately incredibly helpful, thank you! I'm looking to buy my first electric mops and I want one that works *Well* so this is very useful information!
I've been using a Tineco original iFloor for about 6 months. I got it at Walmart for only $99 and it appears to work just like these newer models. I am getting a ton of use from it. Wonderful addition to my cleaning tasks.
That’s great!
@@VacuumWars RELEASE THE SPREADSHEETS!
I have same model and it leaves lines on the floor after it dries. Do you have that happen?
I’ve been waiting for this competition!!!!
We hope you enjoy it!
Always value add, you remain a "must watch" channel; Merci!
Wow, thank you!
Awesome videos!!!! How would they do with tile floors because I have 12”x12” tiles?????
Thanks for the review!
Please include Eufy MACH V1 Ultra. Thank you!
Thanks for the video!
Was the Eufy Mach V1 Ultra included in this test? Have you had any experience with it?
Great vid. Question: What cordless vacuum mop do you recommend for specifically pet hair and sanitizing floors?
Any thoughts on the Mach V1 Pro? It's from Eufy's high end line.
Would love to see them tested with tile with grout
Pretty sure they would all fail. I wish there was a residential electric “mop” with an actual rotating brush that can actually reach the grout!
As someone else said, the chart would be really helpful! Maybe in a community tab!
I wish we could see the chart comparing them. Because for me quietness is super important to me and run time since I’m looking to get one for my business soon.
Oh and to me, the led or lcd screens don’t mean much to me. Nor do saving water or increasing power as needed, but maybe it’s just me
Do you think you could add a edge cleaning test ? to know exactly the size of the gap the roll won't reach
I have the Tineco S5 cordless and it's pretty good, though it does not do the vacuuming part of the job as well is it should. I've also used a Hizero and while it has always been problem-prone, it does pick up the dry debris well. Perhaps the Roborock Dyad with its counter-rotating brushes would do better. It's nice having one side of the Tineco S5 roller go all the way to the edge, but there are many cases where I wish both sides went to the edge as it's not always possible to turn the vacuum around to get to the "good side". Overall, though, the S5 does a good job and is easy to use.
Could you try the (Eufy) MACH 1 Ultra. It is a cordless steam floor washer that, supposedly, has a lot of power, suction, and battery life.
Still waiting for a test that shows how well smudges/smears/grease is removed from dark glossy hardwood floors. Everything I have tried does not work well or leaves streaks
You should do one!
Here are some tips to help. If you dry vacuum first you will have less dirt turn into mud so you'll get less dirty streaks. Using too much cleaning solution will leave residue on your floors. You can reduce the amount of cleaner you use or go over your floors with just water to rinse the floors. I would avoid the steam machines on wood as heat can cause the finish to dull. Choose a vac-mop with a manual solution trigger instead of automatic dispensing so you can control and reduce the amount of water put down. Avoid Swiffer Wet Pads as they have too much cleaner on them.
The corded Bissell Crosswave is very loud. So far I like the Corded Hoover Streamline and the Corded Bissell SpinWave.
Hope that helps.
I really like the Hizero. It came out on top for cleaning performance in the first round of there he did, but he has left them out of subsequent testing. For greasy spots on wood I use a couple of drops of Sal's Suds, rather than the included cleaner, either in the machine or mixed in water in a spray bottle to pretreat bad spots. They way that machine scrubs seems to work better for grease than the softer, higher speed brushes in other machines.
It's expensive though. I got mine on sale for 35% off, otherwise I'd look for a refurbished model.
I would imagine anything that can remove grease has the potential to impact finish.
I'd think the steam vac/mops would work for grease but wonder how well the roller would 'self clean'. I suspect 'hands and knees' is still the way to go to lift a greasy mess.

Note for anyone reading: the Shark Hydrovacs have a sensor that detects whether the clean tank is empty and it will go faulty on you eventually. Fortunately if you keep your receipt Shark should replace it, but I ended up hacking into mine to bypass the sensor. I've had mine for about a year.
I'm keen to see how the new Roborock Flexi Pro will perform after it has hit the shelves!
did you test the mach v1 and v1 ultra? would love to see a review!
I bought the bissell hydrostream a few months back and it looks like it’s still a great pick! I love it!
Good choice!
I have the Tineco S5 Pro 2 its great
Great info! Helped me decide which one to buy for my house with two great pyrs and hardwood floors
Glad to hear it! We hope you enjoy whichever you choose!
I love the detailed reviews. ❤
Thank you!
Was the newer S7 steam part of this review? I’m interested in a version that steams and would prefer cordless
hello, I'm interested in which of these two models is better and which one you recommend before I buy if the price is the same
Tineco ifloor 5 or Tineco Floor ONE S3
Hold on!!!!!! Where tf is the Mach V1 ????? I cant believe this hasn't been reviewed here yet, Ive been waiting and waiting
Same!
Same
You gotta try the Eufy V1 Mach Ultra.
Got my Mom the Tineco S5 Steam and she loves it, half the main floor is hardwood and tile so it's perfect and she also uses it to clean the floor of her shower.
What a nice gift! Glad she is happy with it!
I’m a bit disappointed that Hizero was excluded from this competition. I know it’s somewhat in a class of its own since it doesn’t utilize any suction technology and relies on sweep/mop tech, but the Hizero F500 is the newest model and IMHO is a game changer for hard floor cleaning. It’d be interesting to see it in a future video. Thanks!
Hizero is chinese low quality
@@TouringTalesAustraliaAccording to whom? The original model Hizero has been previously featured on Vacuum Wars (twice) with high praise. That original review actually convinced me to purchase one, and I’ve upgraded twice since then and gave the older models to family members (both are still running strong with very pleased owners). Associating “low quality” with China is an ignorant bias considering almost all “high quality” electronics, particularly home appliances, are manufactured there.
@@TouringTalesAustraliaI'm pretty sure Tineco, Bissell, Hoover, and all of these other hard floor cleaners are made in China as well. I have a Hizero. It seems pretty solid and it's repairable; I can get rollers, pumps, motors, batteries, etc., to make quick and easy repairs if needed, although I have yet to have a need to do so.
I’m very disappointed the Hizero was not included. I, like the other commenters above, bought the original Hizero and have been mostly happy with its performance. It’s extremely expensive, but it cleans our dark brown (nearly black) floors very well using only water, no cleaning solution.
If the argument for not including it in this test is that it’s in a category of its own, how will we ever see how it stacks up to more conventional options?
@@TouringTalesAustraliacare to elaborate on your opinion? I find the Hizero to be of very high quality build, with well molded and durable plastics, tight fit and finish, and a wide assortment of easily available replacement parts if I should ever need them.
I disassembled the unit once when it stopped sucking the dirty water from the roller, I was looking to see if a line might be clogged. It comes apart and goes together very well. The issue turned out to be a slug of debris in the inlet of the dirty water tank that I missed. I cleared the blockage and it’s been fine since.
It’s a premium priced option for sure, but so far I find it is also a premium product. It’s not perfect, but it’s darn good and still cleaning well after 6 years of use. No regrets.
2:50 isn’t the robot rock dyad pro 2 sided? It has three brush rolls, left right and center
What would you suggest as an ultimate handle anything vacuum? I like carpet cleaners for their ability to scrub hardfloors and carpets and have a handheld pipe for cars and upholstery etc, but their downfall is dry vacuuming. I'm looking for a wet dry like the karcher or george but I much prefer upright and want the spin scrub that carpet cleaners have.
Be advised, we had the Tineco S3 for 2 years and it's run into all sorts of issues. Battery stopped working, had to send it in for repairs. Then the suction stopped, had to send it in for hose replacement. Now the suction stopped again, and Tineco support basically threw their hands up stating they "no longer have parts" to support me and it's just outside the 2 year warranty so they refuse to support it. Warranty and expected quality/longevity of the product would be an interesting addition to this.
I have a Tineco S3 that has all the same issues. Spilling water all over the floor, sent back twice, now the batter doesn't hold the charge. I do like the product when it works but the unit is only 3 years old and at a $400 price tag I expect it to last longer then 3 years. Especially since it is $100 each time I had to send it back
Did you guys test on tile?
Mate the dyad pro has edge cleaning on both sides
So can I mop my whole floor with this to replace the nasty mop bucket that spreads dirty water? Or is this type of device just for spill cleanup?
Between the shark hydrovac cordless or bisel tf3 which would be better?
The link still shows the hf3 or is it similar enough?
Fantastic 🎉🎉
Can you review the "Ascender" Robot Vacuum from Migo Robotics that can climb stairs when it comes out? It's really interesting and I'm thinking about getting one when it launches.
Would you recommend the shark hydrovac or the Bissel hydrosteam? Both are around the same price but I’m not sure which one to buy!
I’m surprised you still haven’t tested the Tineco Floor One S7 Steam Cordless, especially for this video!!!
Did u compare dreame h13 pro as well?
I'd like to see you test them on slate tiles pls. If they can suck up everything in the crevices and all. Thx
Can you please do these tests with tile. I have had my tineco S5 blue version but I notice it does not do well with picking spills up that drip into grout lines. I think the better cleaner would be able to handle different levels on the floor. My tineco brush roller is just not fluffy enough to reach in grout lines and soak up liquid. Now I will say it does well on sucking up Chihuahua hair. Occasionally it will spit it out but for the most part it does better than my bissell pet carpet cleaner. Lol
Do you have any info on how they do with hair
I actually just want a Tineco lineup review/breakdown since they seem to sweep the segment anyway.
One question, if you were to score the price. What math function would you use ? Like a sigmoid, linear, bell curve ? I generally use a half bell curve, any product under my price target get a max score and any product higher will get a lower score. What do you think ?
Great video, As an owner of many machines a father to 2 small girls I keep finding my self unable to decide which device to pick many times, I think that can be great video. Lot's of the mess I need to clean are moist sticky stuff like rice, couscous, Quinoa and etc. Taking the tineco after each meal is a pain since they get stinky of you don't get rid of the waste after each use. Using dyson or classic vac I'm scared to damage it and when I use it the soft roller can throw parts further away or stick in many places in the vac (the roller, the hose, the roller housing, the bin). I always wonder if a portable shop-vac (like the small dewalts and etc) will do the trick but reviews are discouraging. I would love to hear your take on everyday issues such as these
Cool input. thank you.
For sticky and moist food you could use what restaurants have and use a sweeper. With manual or battery powered sweepers there's no dirty water tank or vacuum air path to get dirty from the food. Crumbs get swept up into a dirt bin right by the brushes. What do you think?
Hi, do you have a review on the BISSELL crosswave hard floor expert I see nobody reviewing it. It’s a corded vacmop
Eagerly awaiting your review of the Mach V1 and V1 Ultra. As usual excellent content. Thank you!
same here, ive had the eufy(anker) mach one ultra for awhile now and like it
SAME
Same
Question - Floor S5 combo vs Floor S5 Pro, are both the same suction power but just different battery capacity and bin?
Test the osotek one it’s amazing
PLEASE review the Eufy Mach V1 Ultra. It's more than 60% off right now, which is an insane deal for the quality and feature set. It has a built-in aqueous ozone generator in the clean water tank which makes the water able to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, as well as a steam cleaning mode, and an auto-brushroll dryer in the stand. I'm extremely curious how it performs against the rest. And just a heads-up if anyone does pick one up--make sure to update the firmware through the app before using it.
What happened to the Tineco S6, S6 Stretch and the Mach?
Could you ever do a bissell powerforce helix turbo review or even a review of the whole powerforce lineup
I have had a Tineco S3, S5 Pro 2 and now have a S7. They are all awesome. The S7 having dual edge cleaning and the LED is nice. It is overpriced but I got it on sale which helps. S5 Pro 2 is best middle ground as edge cleaning is a must have.
Probably won't get a reply today lol but do you think the s5 pro is better than the s5
I have the Tineco 3 and it leaves lines on the floor after it dries. Do you have that happen? I even bought a new roller.
Right now only $50 different price, the s7 pro $599 and the s5 pro 2 $549 on amazon. Would you recomend which one?
I've been using the mop roller for over a year. Most of these machines will work as expected for the first 3 months or more. But the real test is how would they perform after a year. Will their suction still perform enough. My experience after one year my machine start to leave extra water behind thus create streaks when dry. The more dirty water the better it is. It would harder to do comparison of a year old devices but that would be really helpful. For device that cost more than $500 it should last at least 2 years. But 3 years would be ideal.
Just wondering is the Tineco S6 pro not included or it fared badly to not get a mention?
Question about the drying mode, did you make SURE that it's a real thing ? I know roborock lied about their, there was absolutely no heating element in the base
So did you tested it yourself in real world conditions to see if the roller dried faster ? or did you just took the word of the brand ?
Also I really think you should add the MSRP prices in the US. Prices are generally the same in most country and it would give us a reference on what to expect without needing to check the individual price of every cleaner in the video
Why is the Hizero left out of this?
Is this because it’s just too far advance compared to the suction relied?
Agreed! I want to see how it stacks up! Because there’s no vacuum motor it has incredible run time on a pretty small battery.
Thanks, great data driven reviews as always. Would you keep one of these around as well as having a top of the line robot cleaner like the Roborock S7Max Ultra?
We can say it depends on the household's various needs, such as the size and activities and what not.
I have to believe now that these tests are sponsored. The fact that you didn't include the Eufy Mach V1 ultra kinda says it all. It's the only one that has steam and IS cordless. It also has a built in air blower to dry faster. I had the S5 steam, it was so bad I returned it. You can't adjust the power level on it, so you're always stuck in auto mode. 😮
As disappointing as it is, i too suspect the same. The ability to have steam on tap when cordless is a game changer, very disappointed that it's not included, and it's been around for about a year now so no excuses.
lol if you have Tineco as your number 1 and then affiliate links in the drop down and all of them leading to Amazon, it’s a dead giveaway.
Next time, try and make it less obvious. SMH
Hey why don’t you test the Miele triflex hx2 pro . And Dyson gen5
Do you have a review for Electrolux?
I never see any videos for mop vacs for laminate floors that are not sealed. This is the dilemma I have and can’t find anyone reviewing what would be best for them.
Any S7 combo reviews?
why are you saying that the dyad pro only have one side that cleans edges? because it can cleans edges with both sides
Any updates on tineco s7 steam?
How did the Bissell HF3 fair?
You Should take spare parts into recommendations (easy to get, price range of spare parts, easy to chance, ...)
Bought the shark, loved the machine... Only thing rhat enyed le was that i couldn't find spare parts (and one brissel wasn't easily changeable,or had to remove the motor that was attached to the main brissel)...
Could any of these work well for a gym floor (rubber)? Especially as stains from chalk are hard to get rid of!
We test for household use, but maybe someone here will chime in with their experience.
It gets confusing what to buy with so many option on the market. Really appreciate you making this review!
Sorry, probably should have watched the video all the way through before saying this was helpful. It really wasn't I'm sorry to say.
I think in general because your values in a hard floor cleaner don't look like mine at all, and you (supposedly) tested 20 but can't provide even just a info chart on the whole bunch. I guess I do know now I'm not buying a Tineco. I don't need something cordless nor with a lot of gimmicky displays and junk to break down later.
If I were sure a more expensive one was going to last 5-10 years I wouldn't mind dropping more money on it, but let's face the truth that NOTHING now days is built to last more then 3 tops. So saying price isn't a factor is just not acceptable in my book.
Why is the Mach v1 steam not in here?
I really want a Bissell hydro steam carpet cleaner, it can't justify spending money on a dedicated carpet cleaner right now when I have a Bissell petpro spot cleaner
Hello, Idea for membership features: give access to the database so members can filter the data themselves for me for example I dont care about the noise so I would disregard the volume factor to see what would be best for me
I've had the cordless shark hydrovac for about 8 months and it always gets errors, when doing research trying to troubleshoot i came across a lot of people having the same issues. Avoid it!
Another done most excellently!! Smiles and blessings...
Thanks again!
Still waiting for mach V1 eufy mop vacuum. You're the best with review
Same where is it ? He didn’t show it on here 😢
only part im curious about is a lot of your overall picks have not the best reviews... it would be nice to have the chart so I can what would best for us
I want to see the ratings of everything and make my own choice. Sad to do all this wok and not provide that in a table.
Some of the vacuum (like tineco) claiming they have electrolyzed water features. Wonder if it did improving the cleaning. Besides, normally electrolyzed water need to be salt water as media, but they claim tap water can also do the job
Thank you for the test. While I appreciate the steam function and also the longevity gain of not having a battery, corded tools for moving jobs are such an hassle, I'd rather go battery all the time. I have a battery lawn mover, and I'm really happy I didn't buy a cord one, so if I'm buying one of these in the near future, is going to be the S5 Pro 2 i think; in any case my use is washing floors which are "clean"' in which they're normally dirty but don't have particular stains or spills, that I clean by hand. I think the only alternative would be a robot with mopping functionaly, my mother has one (Deebot T20) and onestly it's pretty good.
The shark hydrovac was amazing... until it wasn't! Specifically the cordless version. It stopped working after about 12 uses. It seems to be a common issue in that model. Total bummer.
What about Dreamtech ?
Please do s7 steam tineco so I don’t have to find out if it has enough power life for steaming cordless on my own😂
I’ve been watching this here in the philippines and wanted to ask where do you use all of does vacuums! 😅 If you got bored with some of them I came have it! 😂
Hello Philippines! We keep them all for later videos and photos and all that. Sorry, but thanks for saying hello!
Can you do a review of long term durability/build quality?
Our Crosswave Pet Pro brush roll cover has cracked in two places. We have only had it 3 years of light-medium use. It's maybe used 3 times a month.
Our Shark Vertex Pro still works great after a year of heavy use, but already feels flimsy & one of the dust bin clips lost a spring.
I think logitivity should be a big factor in buying a $300+ product.
Wow, nice video. It's comprehensive!! Thank you for your effort!
Btw, I have to say in some aspects of cleaning performance, Jimmy's upcoming new dual roller brush wet/dry vacuum is superior to these products.
Are the steam models ok to use on engineered hardwood?
Check with the flooring company if you have particular concerns.
Is this safe to use on laminate flooring?? Are hard floors and hardwood floor the same or when he says hard floor, does he also refer to laminate?
Pretty sure hard floors just implies not carpeted. Something you would mop.
I would do research on your type of flooring to see what is and isn't safe. Because steam may be an issue for example. But you'd have to check.
I am not finding an S5 steam version.
All the S5s I have researched are cordless and wet dry mop only. Is this a Canada thing?
I answered my own question. Not available in Canada.
Hi! Can other solutions work or it necessarily has to be the ones included?
You'll need to check with the manufacturers for what solutions they recommend.
Ok thanks.
