Pretty cool from a musical standpoint. Snow Halation's Original Key Signature is A Major but Lucid Dreams Original Key Signature is F#minor. F#minor happens to be the Relative Minor Key Signature to A Major so it works perfectly! (more boring music theory) To get any major key signature's relative minor you just drop down 3 half steps so in this case: A Major drops down one half step to G#, then drop another half step to G, and finally drop one last half step to reach F# thus becoming the relative minor to A major.
uhh i actually haven't heard the original but i can guess it's probably in f# natural minor (though correct me if i'm completely wrong) which would make the two fit together just that much more since the notes of both keys are exactly the same.

Plot of this anime: A guy who lives in the suburbs with his mom who has never known of his dad. He has mentors and friends from the suburbs and hood to help him along the journey. But he needs to use the lessons from the suburbs and hood to find a way to peace. He must face and endure against the other gangs that war over the area and seek to rule the entire hood and who would lead the community into chaos. Will our protagonist make it through the journey and live up to his fathers name? Or will he become forgotten along with his fellow gang members? (I had to rewrite it didn’t sound as good the first time)

Even though this was only released a year and a half ago and I was never a huge fan of Juice, this mashup makes me feel nostalgic.
