I hate not knowing where the other pipes lead, so that was a creative option. I've never seen a slide turn into a door lol. From what I've seen you couldn't get me to jump in a slide unless something worse was coming.

I think level 94 is a class 3 or 4 at night, so that's unlucky. Being mauled by a entity would stink. And waterpool level could either be level 8, or Poolrooms. So I think this way slide was luckiest.

If you think about it, the colors of the slides represent themselves. The green slide is said to be an exit, which in this case would be good, and green is literally the color that stands for good. The blue slide led to a pool, and blue is the color of water. And yellow is a mysterious color. Yellow is also basically the backrooms’s main color since level 0 is all yellow, and the backrooms has mysterious and unknown properties.

Even though the tone is comical you actually brought that sense of dread from the backrooms again for me. That sense that nothing matters because there’s infinite liminal spaces. You’re literally lost in these vast worlds with no sense of purpose or direction. Kind of like a kid losing his parents in a store for a split second

I really liked how you made all of it. The poolrooms had a shading that I really liked. I also liked the way you made it. The EXIT slide room was. It was cool how you made a setup. First you get hit in the head with a pipe, if you still are alive/still on conscious you gat attacked by a smiler. Awesome video.
Well I think there are different types of smilers some that are as small as a ant or a mouse or regular or huge as a building or house they come in all shapes in sizes
Yes, noticed that as well. If you look at the 0:38 mark or slow the video down at that part before exiting that pipe room place the smiler appears to look down after the guy comes out and capture him with some giant arm hand thing (like someone else here pointed out.)
This is such a terrifying concept. You have no idea what's going to happen in any of the slides and if one of the slides leads to somewhere...undesirable, there's no way to stop yourself and turn back.
I see no reason why they couldn't have chosen the same slide (and NOT the 'exit' one), and possibly both stayed alive. They could have remained companions to keep from going insane over the isolation, taken turns sleeping and standing guard, pooled their ideas about how to survive longer and maybe end up someplace where they might fare better. That said, I would have picked either the ??? slide or gone back the way they came.

With a massive smiler This way --> takes you to the pool rooms a safe place and to regenerate sanity ??? takes you to level 71 (I forgot the number but it's called the cartoony world) this one is interesting because when you go down the slide you see what happens to your friends and this might be a hint you're not getting a really good one either. Cartoon world is a dangerous place in nighttime as Animations come to hunt you, don't go in the floating castle because there are Animations in there.

I have a theory for this backrooms level. So basically, you enter at 1 of the slides. And you have other people going in the other slides, You will get the vision of them dying and they will have the vision of you dying. But either way, you're all alive.

The “This Way” slide seems the scariest Icl. Being trapped in a HUGE, deep ass pool, full to the top of water n not knowing what’s in it is scary asf. I do have Thallasophobia tho or whateva it’s called so maybe that’s why.. 💀
Actually the poolrooms is considered as a class 0 safe level, however most parts are shallow he seemed to land in a larger pool in the level, no wanderers have ever encountered another in the poolrooms due to it's size. But wanderers have never encountered an entity in the level either, unless of course they ventured into the darker parts of the poolrooms. You also seem to feel a calming sensation upon entering.
If I knew where each slide went, I would have chosen the "this way" slide because I am one of those people that would want to go to "The Pool Rooms" because of the cool/abstract design.
I used to have a recurring dream when I was a kid where there were three waterslide entrances in a room, almost just like this except the walls were concrete, and every time I went down one there was another room with more waterslides.
Just some very minor advice, that splash sound effect was like the sound of a rock hitting water not a full body, and it felt way too close. Make it quieter and add some reverb and you got it

The wikidot doesn't say anything about this level/area.) The Poolrooms. Hell yeah! At least it's safe and there's 1 or 2 levels you can get to from the Poolrooms, that aren't incredibly dangerous.
There’s a really easy way to avoid death. Just slow your slide by sticking your arms out to the sides of the slides or using something to slow yourself down

admits that the animation is very polished and a lot of work had to be put into it, but a few things could be improved, e.g. the movement of the hands is very robotic and the camera moves too fast, but the animation without these few errors is fantastic.👌

the exit with the smiley face is an obvious partygoer trap, so that one is obviously ruled out for me lmao

Tip: Don't Choose The Exits In The Backrooms It's Dangerous

Exit :) Slide = Is a pipe level and you will be mauled by a smiler

This way Slide = Is a pool level well you will drown from the waters.....

admits that the animation is very polished and a lot of work had to be put into it, but a few things could be improved, e.g. the movement of the hands is very robotic and the camera moves too fast, but the animation without these few errors is fantastic.👌

Wow that's awesome. The first guy who slid down first is quite unlucky cus he ended up in a potentially Dangerous level of the backrooms and with a smiler ready to end him

I think the smily face on the green slide represents the smiler that was going to eat or finish you off because if you look closer the smiler starts moving towards the guy after he hits his head and starts falling
If you notice carefully, after the *ding* of the pipe, you can see the gigantic Smiler just move towards them.
