- 30 minute yoga for men vinyasa flow. And still a lot of us have to stay at home during this intense stage the world is in and it is important that you put in the work, move, meditate and breathe to keep the universal vibration high. Great that this platform exists as it provides so much content to do all of that. This is again a super fun practice to move, connect, breathe and dive deep. This yoga class is for all levels and all genders. Some guys just want a guy to be teaching the class and need it to be called for men to give it a try. My intention is to encourage more men to step on the mat and however they get introduced to yoga is wonderful! If you like our style and practice with us please show some love.
In this vinyasa flow yoga class you will work on developing a strong core, standing twists that require core activation and upper body strength through side planks and forearm plank variations. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.

I've been going through this series and it's been so beneficial, words are not enough. Yoga has been the best antidepressant for me in my life, I've experimented w all the pills (what the "doctors" call antidepressants) and nothing works like a well-rounded, regular, focused yoga practice.
This series in particular, and your instruction style work very well with me personally. It's the only thing that lifts me out of a world of mental torment, a place so insidious that it's even too awful to describe in a YT comment. Your series may be saving my life right now, it's all that keeps me going in this dark, lonely wretched world. I love the way Flow leads. As a beginner, I find his encouragement extremely helpful especially when he says it doesn't matter how it looks, but how it feels. I highly recommend the practice with him.

Hey how long till you actually started seeing the results? I've just started out and it's only been one week.
@@Watchpeoplesurvive give it some time! I started a bit over a year ago i wasnt very consistent though. I started with breathe and flow around december and i was doing it every day. so give ti a few months. at the end of the day the practice is more about how it makes you feel rather than what you achieve. but it's a nice "side effect" :))

please never stop doing these... it is absolutely the BEST full body/strength yoga practice I have come across. After a long day of outdoor laboring, this series is the first thing I do when I get home. and I cannot tell you how much it is helping me, not just with strength & flexibility... but with sciatic pain as well. thank you flow
This series is worth investing in I keep coming back and it is always having more videos being added to it.
I like all the transitions between poses, they are all so intentional... and require breath and core strength. This is all new to me, even though I've been doing yoga for many years. Thank you
I've been doing jiu jitsu for many years and I am at the pinnacle of receiving my black belt. I have to say that your videos are very motivating and inspiring for jiujiteiros since you also cater to that audience. In my own personal experience, it helps me become stronger, move more fluently and to be healthier mentally, physically and emotionally. Please, keep them coming!!!

Had a great time doing this with 6yr old Iggy and 3yr old Ruby this morning Flo. I thought I was bad at Planking and Downward Dog, but adding a 3yr old to your back seems to do the trick! Wonderful hearing our wild 6yr old boy listening to you and breathing when told - really focused him and made him relax.

Tightest lockdown in the world in Melbourne vic. We’ve pretty much been in a lockdown since March. Was going to hot slow flow yoga three times a week and lifting heavy at the gym six days. Was an adjustment but finding your channel took me to the next level and got me threw this whole ordeal. I have visible abs and muscle I never had. Complementing yoga with body weight workouts. Of all my instructors the last five years you are by far the easiest to follow. I like your focus on our joint health and other directions throughout your classes. I’ve done every yoga for men plus more and only struggle with long side planks as my shoulder can’t handle it but improved so much on a good day I’m fine. Much love, I’ve told all my mates and my clients ( when I was working, I’m a barber) to check out your channel. Keep it up.

Although I like your longer classes too, I often choose these shorter classes because I can hit pause and add variations that I picked up from other classes that I have grown to love.

Through moving through this practise my stomachache got so much better, thank you! And also some thoughts floated through my mind about the possibility of letting go of everything else what I would like to do or feel instead of being in the moment and the action right now and in every moment. Letting go of the resistance and surrendering. I'm taking this, and a much better feeling body out of these 30 minutes. Thank you!

These are just so good for me I can feel it really working, it is also helping my body when I go to sleep, I hit the bed and my body feels relieved it makes it so much easier to fall asleep. Love yoga for men.
