      can't wait to use this because Ive not had much success lately with getting the fat all crispy
      2 question - what shelf in the oven? Top? Middle?
      Is your oven fan forced? This can make a bit of a difference.

    Hi, I’ve made 2 pork roasts like this now and it’s amaaaaazing! I always get frustrated when the crackling doesn’t work out, but now I’m 2 for 2. Thanks Dan and Erika...love your videos. They’ve been so helpful 😃

      We used to have the same problem, but not any more. Perfect crackle and meat every time.

    I was looking for this way of cooking and low and behold, the channel I’m already subscribed to comes through!! I’m going to try the ATK method of doing crackling by putting skin side down in a hot pan 🤞🏻🤞🏻

    Have my pork hock in the oven after slow cooking for 4 hours. OMG the stock left over - I used a vege stock cube and the garlic - sooo good that my teen son snagged some off me. lol. It's starting to crispen up in the oven!

    If you poke the pork skin before cooking in the oven with a fork a ton you will get a crispier skin. It's a tip from the Chinese roast pork

      I love asparagus too. You can definitelt buy different bone broths at low carb emporium. Even the supermarkets are starting to stop some.

    Hi, I’m a new subscriber and new to keto. You both seem like you have sooooo much knowledge on this all, I wonder if you would be able to give me some advice. I am kind of vegetarian, I’ll eat chicken now and then... I’m really struggling to eat enough protein, do you have any protein powder recommendations that I could use to supplement this?
