- After 4 years, my infotainment failed to open even after trying to troubleshoot.
Got to bring it to the service center for them to check and claim the 5 years warranty.
Always grateful to MG Cebu for their good aftersales customer service.

Sir hindi po ba pahirapan sa pyesa ng MG 5 Core MT? Planning to buy po. Iniisip ko po baka kapag bumili at may nasira sa engine matagal bago dumating ang pyesa at nakikita ko din sa iba na nag ooverheat daw yung kanila
MG cars are owned now by China which was formerly UK. The problem of some of the china cars is that they incorporate mostly some of the vital car operations into the infotaintment system.
Yes I agree. I think not only China cars but it has been a trend across all brands making it look neat and techie..
That’s why I do my best to keep the warranty to avoid extra expenses on the parts..

Sorry to hear that po. Sana ibang mga service center maging magaling and mabilis sa pag tugon sa mga issues and concerns ng MG cars, just like what we have here..

@@jameshowlett1363 isang factor talaga yan.. not to brag, yung other owners ng MG dito sa Cebu wala akong naririnig na grabi yung disappointments nila sa casa dito..
Kahit sa fb page/group ng MG, wala kang naririnig or nababasang mga nag comments or post about Visayas/Cebu..
