I’m from Germany so I’m seriously so confused about sororities and what they are supposed to be I guess that system is so weird if you don’t know about it. 😅 but your room looks super cute!

I’m Australian and we don’t even have dorms at Universities you live at home usually. I’m so confused
Das ist so was wie eine Bruderschaft/ schwesternschaft/ wohngemeinschaft und oftmals (aber auch nicht immer) muss man eine Mutprobe oder so absolvieren, um reinzukommen. Diese sororitys haben einen gewissen Ruf, weil es eben auch sehr angesehene in den usa gibt. Soweit ich weiss, kommt man in manche nur rein, indem man entweder sehr angesehende eltern oder so hat (die z.b. Selbst mal drin waren oder reich sind) oder als Mutprobe was extremes macht, z.b. Eine Straftat begeht. Aber das ist nicht bei allen so.
Big Chungus it is pretty much a “house” where only girls live in it with you, that’s pretty much what I only know.
Ich glaube das ist so ähnlich wie bei uns die Burschenschaften 🤔

Yay!!! I was shopping when I saw this and got so excited. I'm pretty sure I got a few dirty looks. Hope you have an amazing school year. Mine is nearly over our school year starts in January and finishes in December we have quarters and 2 weeks break in between each one with a 6 week break in between each year for Christmas. We also don't have middle school just primary and highschool. In highschool year 11 and 12 are seniors and everyone else is just normal. It's so interesting learning about life in another country.
