    In this video we will discuss how air conditioning unit works by the principle of Refrigeration Cycle. Simpleng Explanation. Tagalog
    Note:
    For Correction:
    1. Refrigeration Cycle starts at compressor side, kasi from the beginning dun nka store un refrigerant naten, so un flow sa atin system is magsstart sa compressor side naten. Late ko n ln napansin at ndi ko n dn naedit sa video kasi na upload ko na. Thanks :)

    Condenser is a heat rejector and the evaporator is heat absorber, the simplest or layman’s term for the beginners, other components like the metering device as pressure reducer. These components are either TXV, AXV, EXV, capillary tube or piston. Some of the important components refrigeration system utilized are high and low pressure control, liquid receiver, and suction accumulator. Filter drier always be installed on the liquid side and may be on the vapor side, but not necessarily to have it, is just an extra protections to trapped contaminants and non-condensible gas entered into the compressor. What happened when one of the filter drier partially clogged from the dirt created from the compressor, and during the installations too, this becomes a metering device and you can tell the temp drop from the inlet and outlet of the filter drier. That makes the evaporator being starve from liquid refrigerant and causes the evaporator to iced up, the condition spaces getting warm, baka kailangan naman ng ice sa beer. Now your suction pressure drops too and the technicians have to put their gauges and found out short of gas, without looking what happened to the evaporator. Now the rookie tech will grab a jug of gas and charge it, now they are overcharging the system. Some tech will use clamp meter to one of the line on the compressor wire and you can tell if the compressor struggling the amp draw is high than normal, but those are just another way of eliminating overcharging. Few indications why you draw high amp not just overcharging, cap is dying, power supply from the grid during the park hours is less, or the winding and mechanically defective too causes high amp draw. Some of the condenser location couldn’t get enough air movements especially on the closed spaces, condenser coils dirty, fan motor cap dying or the motor itself, causes a high head that will open the thermal overload. The water cool coil is another beauty too that we have to utilized a cooling tower to reject heat from the refrigerant, where am working now is we are using cooling tower those equipment that has no space and on the middle of the building no air movements. These are giant chiller sizes like 300 to 400 tons chiller, it is so intimidating to look at this huge chiller, but the principles of cooling refrigerant either air or water are still the same. I’m sure you are familiar to these huge equipment sir, nakakalula tawag natin sa sobrang laki pero parihas lang ang principles. All things bright and beautiful, all chillers great and small, all things (chiller) wise and wonderful, human being made them all, and subject to decay.

    • @mdgtechniservengr.garcia2523
      @mdgtechniservengr.garcia2523  Před 3 lety

      Expansion device or metering device = capillary tube or expansion valve.
      pag capillary tube po is normally sa maliliit n capacity tulad sa residential AC's.

    • @julitolabor7086
      @julitolabor7086 Před 2 lety +1

      @@mdgtechniservengr.garcia2523 Yes, these are all metering device, the same function, now we are talking about the efficiency The cap tube, piston or fixed orifice are fixed volume of refrigerant that will goes to your evaporator no matter hot hot and humid is the conditioned spaces are. The TXV are more efficient just because the sensing bulb that controlled the opening and closing of the spring, depend on how the superheat or the heat being abosorbed from the conditioned spaces. More heat and humidity inside sensing bulb will open more to compensate the heat loads from the conditioned spaces. So the TXV controlled the superheat, while the cap tube, piston fixed orifice is fixed, very limited, that controlled the subcooling. Kaya nga noong bumili ako ng bahay mga ilang buwan umakyat ako sa attic, no'ng binuksan ko ang air handler cover, cap tube, kahit sa condenser may TXV device daw. So bumili ako ng TXV at pinalitan ko, kaya sa charging sa ibang costumers ko kahit sasabihin pa sa condenser na TXV, you have to look at the air handler or your charging would be big error using superheat because some tech like me are too lazy to climbed. Grabi kong summer dito sa attic alam nyo gaano ka init, mga kulang-kulang 150*F (65*C), kasih walang air movement, kaya charge dim kami ng medyo malaki-laki kong gusto nila maayos ang AC. Ngayong sa winter is another story because we are dealing with heating system and air conditioning too, lamig na halos di mo na ma feel na may kamay ka, multimeter frozen up kong nasa roof top ka. Pag tumanda na darating ng mga sakit sa mga joint, at maganda sa Pinas uuwi enjoy ng kunti sa natitirang hininga. Salamat Eng'r and thanks for letting me share my experienced as HVAC/R technician.

    • @metzemog9181
      @metzemog9181 Před 2 lety +1

      Technically liquid state ang kinakarga natin sa system. Dipende kung saan mo ikakarga. Typical na alam ng karamihan ay puro sa suction line lang magkakarga ng "initial" charge at full charging. "Old method" eto yung 5second rule na quarter valve ang open then close again. Ginagamit pa din yan ngayun. Merong at least 7 methods ng charging including yung quick charging na latest since 2017, using pump down method. Pero sa ngayun yung quick charge method ay meron nang bago din na paraan which is built in na yung quick charge port. No need na yung pump down. Pero sa R&D ng factory at sa quick charge ng system ngaun ay sa low pressure liquid line ka mag continue ng charge. For initial charge naman ay sa liquid line kpa din magkrga ng liquid. Important is mapanatiling vapor/gas state freon yung discharge at suction line ng compressor during initial and full charging stage. Sa initial, after ng vacuum, Matic na gas muna kakarga mo sa system mo para pag lipat mo sa access valve sa liquid line eh pressurized na system mo at hndi na papasukin ng hangin (negative suction pressure) sa mga pito at least 20 to 50 psi. Wag mo agad tanggalin after mag vacuum kung tapos na karga mo ng gas refrigerant sa system. Hayaan mo muna saturate nya buong system for 10 mins. Meaning dulo/dulo eh sure ka na pressurized ang system mo bago mo pasukan ng liquid. Then saka ka magkarga ng liquid sa liquid line. Eto ang complete system. Sa dxa inverter split system usually may suction accumulator yan to ensure 100% vapor papasok sa compressor as protection. So liquid ang ikakarga mo using 5secs quarter opening. Kasi walang charging port uung indoor usually after ng expansion valve. Sa mga USA/euro brands Meron. Sa Mitsubishi wala. Ewan ko lang yung mga bagong labas ngayon. Sa vrf system follow manufacturer guide. May kargahan ng liquid dyan. Wag sa suction line. Usually sa liquid chamber or sa liquid charging port

      Mas okay po if separate AC. Pero if no other possible way pde nmn po.
      Si room #1 un may AC. Then un sa Room #2 nmn po un wall between 1&2 lagayan niu n ln ng exhaust fan para un lamig sa room # 1 is malipat sa room# 2. Then mas effective dn po if dalawa un exhaust fan un ilagay pero different flow direction po.
      Exhaust #1 supply hangin Room 1-2. Exhaust #2 return air from Room 2-1. Para po may good circulation po ng air.

    • @julitolabor7086
      @julitolabor7086 Před 2 lety

      High temperature high pressure vapor state, then going to the condenser and reject some heat and becomes high temp high pressure liquid. The other side from the evaporator state of refrigerant is low temp low pressure vapor, if the system uses suction accumulator, then the some of the refrigerant that become a liquid state will be restored on the bottom of accumulator and only vapor will be sucked back to the compressor. What happened why some of the refrigerant codenses and becomes a liquid is instead of vapor, have a long line set, heat pump during heating mode, liquid stays and being sucked a little by little from the bottom of the tube back to the compressor, this may contain oil too back to the compressor. You can hear a compressor slugging when a big volume of liquid refrigerant gets to the compressor, and if you noticed during charging, better off charge with vapor, a little bit to slow through vapor charging than the liquid but it safe.
