To anyone who was wondering, the initial triangles look like they are:
~ 2.5 inches for the short (horizontal) edge
~ 3.5 inches for the long edges
So you end up with a diamond, all of whose edges are roughly 3.5 inches.

Two pieces of Fabric, Glue, Clothes pin and plain headband. For decoration; Plastic gems, if you don't have those, use whatever you like! I hope this helped. :)
