Had a huge financial loss due to marriage shifts and it not working out (my vibration reached higher than his and it just became…..undoubtably…something off and triggered a domino effect of events) so it is just me having to pay all the bills and keep my kids ok. I have been meditating and really dialing in on the reality and mindset. Came to thins meditation to ask my higher self questions… 4 days later I got a raise…. I’m so grateful to have that extra income 💕💕
just three weeks before, when I first did this meditation I was unemployed with no prospects. Now that I'm here after three weeks of daily meditation, I have my choice of jobs and am negotiating the best job for me! My life has already changed for the better with this meditation, and I'm excited to keep going and see what more I can attract into my life experience with the help of this meditation!

Going through a really hard time due to a breakup of my 15yr marriage, I cried during this meditation and it was the first real release of energy I’ve had during the last 10 weeks. I asked my higher self to show me the way and help me. He said trust the universe, there are magical things and happiness you cannot imagine in store for you. Much needed thank you Aaron. I’ve listened to so many of your vids about letting go during the last 10 weeks. I put my ex wife’s wedding rings in the box and closed it during the meditation, felt like a finality in that vision, turning the page on the past and opening up to a new chapter. ❤

Nothing like giving your higher self a much needed hug 🫂 I cried
I asked my higher self questions, she gentally puts her forehead against my, and her hands besides my ears, and said "Sit tight and relax, you are ok, he is coming to you" then she showed me 2 places.
My higher self was glowing, beautiful and looks fantastic. I put one hand on my heart and one on hers, as she does the same. Then I could feel the love from her flows to me and I glow as well. I said come to me, then she shift like an energy inside me, and I become her, I become my higher self.
Day 1: I enjoy this very much. I commit to 21 days:)

I just recently started meditation about 3 wks ago and I landed on your page by accident. I lost my love to cancer last September quickly, after only 9 months of learning he had it. After that, I questioned life/death/afterlife. I've been doing your 3rd eye meditation for 2 weeks and today stumbled onto this one. Immediately, I saw this bright white light, I cried with joy as the place I went too, my love one was there with my higher self, and I'm in such peace, seeing him and seeing my higher self for the 1st time. I am so grateful for this. The timing is perfect. I was and have been asking myself what I want to do and become. This journey inside help me connect with my higher self (which is actually my inner child I found on this meditation). The pure, unharmed, unpolluted young self I was able to visit and sit with. He told me I am FREE and when asked what I should do he said: "Play". I wept so much during this exercise. Thank you

My suggestion would be to ask someone you are close to, maybe a neighbor, to come over and attend to tour mother foe just a few short minutes while you give yourself this time of peace and rejuvenation. ❤ you deserve it

I'm learning to let go of old anger and replacing it with love and compassion.
Why is it that anytime I try doing a meditation like this, when it gets to the higher self part, and “what does my higher self say to me” MY HIGHER SELF NEVER SAYS ANYTHING. I know this is some sort of block I have within myself but don’t know how to fix it. If ANYONE feels led to share their answer im all ears! ❤️❤️
What I think is that, your higher self is yourself,, so in this case you tell yourself what you want to hear,, THAT, particular thing that you have always wanted, but for some reason you just couldn't get it,, So your higher self, is here to solve all your problems,, tell yourself whatever you want, thus telling your higher self, and listen to it, telling you exactly what you want you hear, but make sure your higher self is standing in front of you,, ,. It's all imagination,, just connect and dream,, if you do this for a few days, it will become second nature, which means your brain is accepting it.. Anyway that's how I do it,, I don't know if anyone has a better explanation
Fear of the unknown could be blocking your message - reassure yourself its ok to hear, its safe to hear, you're open to hear the message, and then phrase "if you have a message, let me hear" - sometimes the messages will come in feelings, or just thoughts, or maybe an image. This is my experience and I hope it helps ☺

Day 3
Synchronicity and Opportunities-
On day two after the mediation I experienced having my higher self with me. Downloads and guidance in the presence. I faced procrastination, fear, and people. I had to allow myself to let people be. I hope they find their higher self oneday. Normally I would be on an emotional roller coaster but with my higher self guidance it was easy. Meetings that I thought would never happen scheduled, phone calls from people expressing their love and gratitude. Yielding and ignoring negativity and no blaming. My higher self helped alot. I had a great beautiful time with the changes.
Today's Mediation message was to relax. My Higher Self was there in all black with diamond necklace and blonde hair. First encounter white robes. I placed everything in the trunk and I even put people there. Symbol small very doll like friends and family. My higher self smiled and I thought to myself boundaries 😌 I closed the trunk light was so bright and I could breathe. We both turned and walked away. As we went through the mediation. On the part to the sacred place. It was beautiful garden with orange flowers 💐. Huge leaves was big like jungle leaves. I had to ask garden or jungle. Higher self said this is a garden. I could hear a waterfall it was a fountain. The water was so peaceful. My higher self was sitting next to me. As we listened to Aaron about the clouds ☁️ I was thinking what to do now. My higher self smiled and pointed to the sky. Big clouds moving slowly across a light blue sky with rays off sunlight. She asked me how do you feel. I took a deep breathe in deep and said relaxed and happy. I proceeded to ask my higher self questions. The answers gave me clarity and made perfect sense. Higher self said I must relax in order to create. I then said yes. Exist. She shook her head and said no. Live! Existing is not living. You must relax , listen, create and live. Then she told me to close my eyes. I feel safe. Nothing but the back of my eyelids. I open my eyes orange butterflies in the garden. Higher self placed her hand over my hands that covered my heart. I felt warmth and love. This is love. Right here. Inside me. Aaron said open your heart. This is amazing I felt a rush of joy. 😊
I've just reached my 15th day and this is unreal. The things Spirit is showing me is awesome. Thank you for this.

Three years ago I did “ There’s no going back “ that started the quantum leap… now today 10/19/23 I’ve FULLY AWAKENED! I just did today’s meditation for the first time… this is day #1…..20 more to go ( 21 days) I’ll let you know what shifts and synchronicities occurred.

Just imagined being at the beach in La Jolla during this meditation and thought about a quantum leap I experienced during my exchange semester in San Diego (I’m from Germany) and then I saw your comment about your quantum leap which catched my attention and then saw that you’re ALSO from San Diego after none of the other comments mentioned their location 🥹✨This is giving me chills
DAY 2 Meditation 🧘♀️
First of all yesterday was amazing. It was better than I imagined. My higher self was with me. I even felt my inner child. Its so much that happen. Love and Joy. I was able to let go of the biggest thing holding me back. FEAR! After today mediation my inner child join us and from the start of the meditation my higher self was there. When I placed everything in the trunk my inner child was there and higher self. We laughed and giggled as I placed each thing inside. I realizes these things or trouble aspect of my life are very small. We closed the trunk together. Proceeded to listen. So I can go on and on our place was space midnight sky with shooting stars. We sat in a circle holding hands. My Higher Self disappeared on the cloud part. This moment apologize to my inner child. She sat back to back and held my hands. I asked are you mad at me . She then sat in my lap and said no I love you. Right then I said I love you to but...Then I thought about all the times I abandoned her. I felt peace. At this point my higher self face appeared. I asked my questions and she shrunk and walked towards us. Sat down and told me persistence and love this will be our next journey. This is what you keep missing. I looked at my inner child as she smiled and said LOVE. Ahhhhhh the freedom. I had gave up on my dreams and stop loving me . The refuse to let me go back All is forgiven. After doing this meditation, I briefly fell asleep and dreamed of a woman giving birth. Right before the baby was born she screamed, “Oh my God, I want this!” This was confirmation that I’m on the right path and that I need to continue to work towards my goal.
People can feel that I have changed. I am one with my higher self 💜💜💜

Key lessons:
I have to forgive myself for all that I allowed to occur and happen in my life. (Specifically all the abuse and mistreatment I allowed).
I must love myself unconditionally the way I did for my ex boyfriend. I accepted all of his darkness and did everything to cater to him instead of me.
I must do things for ME. I must learn to operate in a way where I AM LIVING FOR ME BY ME. In my own god source energy.
I forgot how to live for me and not for others. I intend to rewire my insides to live for myself and what EYE want. I must fully allow my God self to run the show.
I can command the darkness to stay out. To never come in if I do not allow it. I do not need to love or hold the darkness in that way
I'm shifting from the needy codependent to my free self...believe in love of self for self first Thank you so much 21 days ..want this path to be free ❤

I saw my higher self in a garden with Jesus present with us and the higher version of my specific person. I felt so much love for myself and reassurance from me and Jesus that I’m in alignment towards my desire. Thank you ❤

I saw a forest and in the forest there was a clearing where there was a lake. There was tall grass near the lake and I felt the sun warm on my skin. There was also light rain at one point and light wind. On the lake there were lilies or flowers and green pads. I saw a round stone up ahead to sit on. Then my higher self came from above on a cloud. Her presence was very noticeable but it was hard to make out what she looked like. I just know what I felt. She came to my level and was more mature than me, she was also very loving and affectionate. I didn’t know what message she had for me as it’s my first time doing this and I couldn’t hear much of what she said. I just know she held my head against her and comforted me. She was saying it will be ok and how much she loves me. I started crying because of how much love I felt from her. I think she’s getting me to love myself. She stroked my hair then held my hands as we looked in each other’s eyes. I felt valued and needed. Like I’m worth something. In the last few minutes she placed my head on her lap and she continued to nurture me. She shushed me and looked at me with love. She took care of me and kept reminding me of how much she loved me. I didn’t want to leave because of how loved she made me feel but I left. Now I feel light and I’m still crying because I’m overwhelmed with how much love she gave me. I also feel a shift in my heart so I do think it’s a new chapter of self love and care. Also, it’s about me showing more love to others and not being afraid to show that. She was so kind and sweet and I’m grateful I met her. I think I saw her in a dream a some months ago but didn’t know who she was till now. She was also very loving then.

I went to a beautiful garden , with a waterfall and pond and trees and flowers. And then a Unicorn appeared beside the pond and came over to me. And it invited me to lean against its neck. Then a man appeared. And could feel he loved me very, very much from the distance between us. Then he came over and we embraced. ❤

I also thank you for that meditation you did for Palestinians, at least I hope that's who it was for because anyone with eyes and knowledge know that that is not a fair fight not even close. Only one side has the power and the money and only 1 side is being oppressed. It should tell everyone something that most of the world's governments have remained silent and done nothing as they standby and watch this g*nocude take place. I have seen so many horrifying images of Palestinian babies and children dead and wounded from the bombs Israel keeps purposely dropping on residential buildings and hospitals😞. I've been crying almost everyday seeing it and feeling helpless.
Please keep using your platform to stand up for humanity, empathy and TRUTH, as I have seen other influencers do on Instagram. Do not be afraid, one thing I've learned as someone who has suffered being a highly sensitive empath, is you never have to be afraid when you Honour the Truth and the Light. Never. 🙏🏻

My Higher came with an impressive crown. She laid a glowing ring on the ground for me to step into for healing. She blew my heart chakra wide open! So much love. From a visit to the Akashic Records, I discovered a life where I made portals. We met today in front of the first portal. Great meditation!!!❤❤❤
The place I imagned to be at was a temple, a temple in Nepal. It happened naturally, but as I looked around it seemed like egypt, with drawings and big statues representing gods and goddesses. There was 2 monks each one by my side meditating with me, and as my higher self came through I was blown away by her divinity and beauty. Allowing the love in gave me goosebumps and I really loved this meditation. Thank you 🤍🕊
Because of this meditation I have realised how much I missed my higher self, myself. How beautiful my soul is. I saw me as a little girl I once been, I went first to the beautiful sunny place near the forest, lots of heals and long grass, so warm and peaceful. I left everything in the chest and went into the white tunnel. I went deeper and deeper and saw a galaxy with lots of stars and planets. I stood on one. I couldn’t see very clear but I went deeper into the tunnel and sit down close by the big golden door. I have heard giggling and laughing with delight :) :) :) so beautiful:) I saw this cloud and a huge person, unbelievably big being coming towards me. Couldn’t see her face or body it was like a soul so bright and beautiful and peaceful. When she touched me I saw myself when I was a ❤little girl, my mom, my family, all my life in a way I couldn’t imagine before. I never wanted to leave, it was so beautiful. I couldn’t hear anything only feel emotions. I will continue for the next 21 days. Thank you Aaron for this guided meditation. God bless you!
I’m curious to know if anyone else has had this happen. When I ask my higher self a question or ask for advice, it just asks me “what do you think will happen?” “What do you want to happen?” “What do you want to do?” It actually never gives me advice or points me in any direction.

This was beautiful..
It brought me to a place where I feel safe in a meadow with all my past pets which brought tears in my eyes as i always miss and think about..I am an empath and suffer greatly with depression threw past trauma of abuse..This was my first session and I felt hope and now want 20 more days to see my higher self..She was made up of beautiful shining colour ..Non human but beautiful and she smiled and told me I am very strong and I'm going to be ok..

I've done countless meditations and shamanic journeys and I feel that this was possibly the first (or most vivid) time I've ever truly faced the true energy of my higher self. This came at the right time, indeed! Been feeling extremely lonely, depressed and lethargic for the longest time, and just been feeling very empty as of late. I saw myself in a temple like setting in a higher dimension face to face with my higher self who came in the form of a Guru. I was told to have faith and that the unconditional love that I have been seeking is readily available to me upon connecting to the Higher Self. It was a very emotional and heart touching experience. I got into my trauma and I need to stop meditation. I could not connext to my higher self because I am storping my own self. I just realised how those cpts haunt me as I got deeper I tried to find a safe place and as I realised that I got into my trauma...
Cried like anything in the end that i had to let her go.
. Kept talkin to her for a while after it eas sone... She reassures me and then left promising she will be back.. Lookin forwars to do it again every day... Thank gou... Hare aum. 🙏
