roblox first cancelled egg hunts because "not all countries celebrate easter", so maybe to keep it balanced, it's a mix between the two. personally, i think it's gonna be an RB Battles styled event. get the eggs from other games, win items, complete quests, etc.

Hello There Kreek! I think this event will be something related to eggs AND the dev hunt that you spoke about. For example in those games when you get the badges you have to do something related to the egg hunt and you get the items along with an egg and they didn't leak the eggs because everyone has seen them earlier. I'm not sure of this since this is just a theory :D
people might be sad that its not an egg hunt, what they don't realize is that this is the first time in 4 years where roblox actually started interacting with the community more, people should be happy that offficial events are making a return

I really hope that it is a mixture of eggs and items, for the people who care about egg hunts and those who don't celebrate it. Maybe it will be two teams like metaverse champions, eggs vs items.
Personally, I don't mind that it is a dev hunt. (May be a little biased since those are the only events I have done) I still find it fun hopping from game to game trying to collect, I also just think of it as a good way to find games to play, especially with how dry roblox has been. It will still have a hub like scrambled in time with some items it seems so that will be nice as well.

I don’t know if this was real but I was a dominus leak with the same blue and dark blue colors, there was also a leaderboard board so what I’m guessing it will be like rb battles and you have to be the first 30 or so people to complete a quest or mission

if its gonna work like this,im gonna be mad as hell: basically there will be a couple of mini games,like rb battles,and the player who gets on top of the leadearboard (1st place,2nd and 3rd) will get the commando,or other items too. while we peasants get the less cool items.
