🐓 chicken cooking hack!
Learned this from a cooking class I took a few yrs ago and I use it several times a week, it’s so easy and comes out perfect every time!
Pound the chicken really well. (When you get a meat mallet, use the spikey side, keeps it really tender)
salt and pepper both sides, coat in flour.
Cook on medium in 2-3tb butter and 2-3tb canola oil.
Hi Brooke. Just a little cooking tip to stay safe when cooking chicken. Keep both cutlets in pan until they are both completely cooked to avoid cross contamination of uncooked chicken getting on the cooked cutlet. Also, use separate utensils when flipping uncooked chicken and when they are complete and taking them out of pan. ❤️

I miss snow during the winter since here in Italy it hardly snows where I live. Luckily the Swiss alps are reasonably near❄❄Have a warm and productive weak ahead!🌞

Honestly to anyone scared of cooking meat I suggest looking up food safety for meat maybe a video online so that you can learn proper techniques! Being food safety certified helped me a lot because I learned what to do and not to do so a quick video might help

I struggled with dry skin/eczema around my one eye for MONTHS. I went to dermatologists, used dozens of creams and eye creams. The ONLY thing that worked and actually took it away was Desonide 0.05% cream that a dermatologist finally gave me. It hurts so bad and made my eye look so old/dark. I know your pain. Try and get that prescription! It fixed it within days and never came back!! Hope this helps.

Chicken cutlets get a thumbs up from me. Crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside . You nailed it. Chicken breast is hard for me because I overcook and they dry out.

I am just like you are girl about cooking meat at home. I can’t even bear to touch it, forget about cooking it and God forbid that I even think about eating it, yuck. Some people are weird like that!! I am not a vegetarian but I really come close to it. For protein I drink protein shakes and lots of beans.

Simply Manders also made the decision to get her filler removed. Have to say - your journey went much better than hers did. She ended up having to see a surgeon. The filler caused tissue damage . She had two black eyes her eye ball filled with blood. Glad you got it removed. All to say I honestly think I lot of women are going to follow in your footsteps.
