It tires out your hands more but since he has incredibly strong hands it's ok and just makes for a cooler & slightly faster movement.

    Clueless commentators. That crossing-over "360 spin" at 3:07 isn't showing off. It's the most efficient way of doing it (as opposed to walking the hands across without crossing).

    • @compfreak
      @compfreak Před 3 lety

      It's pure showing off, you won't see people campus 360s because it's "the most efficient way", but to show off. It requires more effort

    • @braydonsmedley5652
      @braydonsmedley5652 Před 3 lety +6

      @@compfreak it's like climbing, it requires less moves to cross over then to match or walk your hands across the ledge. Each move is harder but it is more efficient in the long run because it is faster and requires less moves.

    • @compfreak
      @compfreak Před 3 lety +1

      @@braydonsmedley5652 that is not true, crossing over requires more energy and core strength. Sounds like you’ve never climbed or even campussed before

    • @braydonsmedley5652
      @braydonsmedley5652 Před 3 lety +6

      @@compfreak I climb three times a week and do regular campus sessions😂 watch any IFSC comp and you will see climbers cross over instead of matching because it is more efficient. The CZcams channel "Movement for climbers" has a video on it in the flow series

    • @jacktrussler20
      @jacktrussler20 Před 3 lety

      Regardless of what anyone says this is completely showing off - Magnus does 360s a lot in videos and always does them as a party trick.
