La Cava Tequila Tasting at the Mexico Pavilion | EPCOT

We were specifically in EPCOT to attend the La Cava Tequila Tasting. The tequila tasting was a relaxing event that is lead by a Tequila Ambassador. We got to learn the history of tequila, where tequila was developed, what makes great tequila, and how to discover what tequilas are your favorite through tasting techniques. Salud!

How many samples did you get

Five samples of tequila, one sample of mezcal, and a margarita at the end. They also give you unlimited chips and guacamole. There were some pairings and water to cleanse the pallet. Overall, worth it.

How long was the actual tasting experience?

About 45 minutes. There’s an interesting Tequila Ambassador who goes over the history of Tequila. You also get a margarita in a souvenir cup at the end.
