Just finished doing this tonight. Yeah I hit muscle fatigue on my last 2 sets of the final Iso Skull Crushers bleh my arms just couldnt complete the full set hada break for like 5 secs in between the first 3 and final 2 reps cuz my arms just couldnt push out the full 5 together after everything prior to that exercise haha. Will do it again and again till I can succeed this entire workout. 👊👊🤙🤙

Im a beginner from the philippines and im just starting at home. My only equipment is a pvc dumbell and dumbell set. I already have a one week workout plan but i change all that since i saw your videos. I think your sets are better that others since yours are harder to do

Would it be adequate to do the Standing Shoulder Press while kneeling? My apartment has a low ceiling and I'm 6'5" so I have some trouble with full extension if I stand for some workouts.
