How Much Can We Do in Magic Kingdom in 9.5 hours with 6 kids

Our final day in the parks at Walt Disney World was spent at Magic Kingdom on a Mickey’s Not So Scary Park day. We didn’t have tickets to the party, so we only had until 6pm.
Everything keeps going wrong, from forgetting opening time, to getting stuck on the monorail, rides down, and tired kids. Can we have a magical day?
