解体前のお家、田舎の亡くなった祖父母の家を思い出しました。今は古くなり山の山頂に有る為誰も生活はしていませんが、こんな風にDIYをしたらまた家が蘇るんでしょうね、丁寧なお仕事感動です。。自然が豊かすぎる場所なので、また子どもの頃の様にまた泊まれたら良いな〜と懐かしくてセンチメンタルな気持ちで、当時に心を寄せて見させて頂きましたありがとうございます😊

所々痛んではいるけど柱や梁は太くてしっかりしてるし土壁も丁寧な仕事がされてる
全体的に綺麗だし大事に住んでたんだろうなぁ
こういう古民家を再生・改修して残していくのは大事な事だと思う

I would like to believe those whom built this house, would respect the care and attention that went into the restoration. The old hearth, the Tatami mats and the wall render yet modern changes where they make sense. Keeping some of the traditional elements alive just fits so well.

You built this to last. It looks so good. You insulated, and accounted for moisture and bugs. You re-leveled and squared the house up to make it safe as possible. You even rebuilt the earthen wall parts correctly. Fantastic work.

基本的に土壁が全然傷んで無いところが凄い。
素晴らしいとしか言いようがなく、感動し、影響受けて古民家買っちゃいました笑
しかもサウナつける予定だったので、サウナ作成まで途中から動画に上げてくれて、とても嬉しかったです。
私は個人の飲食店経営者なんですが、DIYは観るのが大好きで毎週楽しみに拝見しております。
周りに内装屋さん、大工さんのお知り合いが多いので相談して格安でやってもらう事にしました。
動画撮り溜めて完成したらCZcams上げてみたいと思ってます。
本当に好きじゃ無いと出来ないですし、本当に好きなだけじゃ出来ないDIYの壮大な映画を観ていた一年半でした。
私の人生に新しい感性を頂いた出会いだと思っています。
素晴らしい積み重ね、人間力、人間性のjpさんに感謝です。新しい企画も応援しております。
私もB&Bとして貸切専用宿として施工予定だったんですが、jpさんもそうだったので、また共感出来ました^_^丸パクリになっちゃいますね。お許し下さい。
ちなみに、私の物件厨房設備とか拘ってしまうと安くても2000〜2500くらいかかるみたいです。似たような間取りなんですが。
自身、FCでリユース業へ参入したばかりなんですが、その観点から見ても、費用や資源、環境への考え方、社会貢献性などリユースDIYは素晴らしいですしjpさんマジでヤバみちゃんの凄過ぎでイケメンです。
将来的にはjpリユース古民家不動産で上場なんて話になるんですかね^_^少子化や過疎化で空き家も増えてますもんね。
しかしセンスいいですわ。

@@momkatmax to be fair if you were to go about renovating in any "traditional" way then the building would not include any metal fasteners of any kind. the diyer got looks down pat, but in no way could this build be considered "traditional". js

溶接は若い頃にやってました！20年以上経っているのですがソコソコ出来るのが不思議でした^ ^
最後の方はゴールが近づいてくるのが嬉しかったですね^ ^♪

I was really impressed with the quality of the stones used as support for the flooring for a house over 100 years old. most of this flew over my head but I can recognize quality when its right in front of me.
OMG!!!!! This was truly a labor of love and I thought my head would explode, just watching all of the attention to every detail. That egg sauna was NEXT LEVEL AMAZING!! I will say it a million times.....The Japanese Do Things Right And They Don't Cut Corners! JUST AWESOME! ❤

Japanese Joinery is so cool... world best method to build wooden houses without a nail or screw. And still earthquake safe by its flexibility 👍.

i love the fact Japanese combined old traditional wall making methods with modern ones.
This was a great restoration - only problem was the insulation - those are at best R-8 - will be a hot summer and a cold winter need at least R-15 Rockwool
I'm impressed by the hard work it took to restore that house.

Great work. This may be DIY, meaning do-it-yourself, but this man is obviously a better carpenter than the average man. I am the latter. My wife, when we were travelling in the states, once laughed at the ad-sign on a worker's van. It read, "I repair what your husband tried to fix". Sums up my life. This guy should open a carpentry school, because there are thousands of old houses in Japan that will likely be torn down.

Perhaps because I'm a 'Westerner', is why I'm not sure how some of the room spaces are specifically used for, relative to your renovating. The bathroom, kitchen, and office spaces are obvious, the rest...not so much.

I thought, for a moment near the end of the video, that he was going to make a egg-shaped ark-type space ship to transport 2-3 people into outer space, to save human species from extinction. It would have been a pretty comfortable trip, given the interior set-up! Alas, I waited for him to fit the rockets onto the wooden-egg spaceship, but this did not happen. Kidding aside, magnificent work to renovate the house, deck, and build the new sauna!
Watching the process from start to finish has been both entertaining and relaxing. Love watching videos like these.

I was born in Brazil, descended from Japanese immigrants, my grandparents came to Brazil in the 1920s/1930s.... and my parents were born here and got married and I had the opportunity to go live in Japan and get to know the country of my ancestors and I loved it when I was single, I'm now married with kids, my dream is to one day be able to take my wife and kids to live in Japan so they can get to know it too and it would be a dream to have a house like this, indescribable, congratulations on the work

昔の家の補修ができる上に竹を編んで補強に使う知識とか今の土木の方に必要がないので、すごく勉強家か頭が柔らかい方のか、なにか古い建築補修をお仕事にされてるとかですかね。かと思ったら、内装は現代モダンを取り入れてる。
