      I can see the ties but that's lame if it's true. He should make the trade in the best interest of the Jazz. I'm tired of all these politics in sports. This guy won't go here because his agent doesn't like the owner. This player is signed to so and so and won't do business with them. Clutch sports manufacturing fantasy for LeBron.       They clearly didn't think any of the centers available were good enough for their rotation so they didn't go that direction. Precious would outplay anyone that was available.

      @@rah0210 They knew ahead of time the money they had to offer and it was made known that other teams were looking to sign him. Precious is fielding offers from other teams so there's no guarantee there either. It was plenty of bigs that went in this draft that were talented.

      ​@bilzdomino6130 there's an nba rule where you can't not have a 1st round pick in back to back years. So for example in the bridges trade the knicks gave up their '25, '27, '29, and '31 picks. So their picks in those between years can't be traded unless they get another pick from someone else or if the protected picks from Detroit or Washington convey. Those Detroit and Washington protected picks are tradeable but might not convey so teams wouldn't be that interested in them.

    This trade needs to happen. The Detroit and Wizard 1st rd pick should be more than enough to get that trade done they have more value than any Knick pick

    Well, I’m of the opinion that we make a trade for Nick Richards. Unless we think Sims is ready. It might cost us Duce to get Richards tho but we need a legit backup with size. Maybe Duce and a couple of 2’s and a salary filler for Richards & Tre Mann. Also, if might be a good thing to sign Saddiq Bey for more bench scoring at the 3

    Prefer Nick Richards. Utah and Danny Ainge love to extract players they like in trades and everyone in that rotation should be viewed as indispensable. Would rather run it back with Precious than end up dealing someone like Deuce.
