- In today's video I'm going to replace the clock spring of my 08 civic Si. I was able to diagnose the problem by testing the common issues of a faulty clock spring. For example horn not working, steering wheel controls like volume not working, and SRS light being on.

Dude thanks so much my horn and cruise control work, airbag light went off too
really helpful!
What are the nuts called that are ontop of the airbag bracket to keep the retainers down. I lost mine but dk and can't find them online or the right size nut
Perfect
my clock spring got undone, can and put it back in and use it as it?? or do i need to get a new one?
If you put your steering wheel and clock spring back together and try to use your steering controls, horn and turn signals and if everything works fine you’re all good.
@@TONI5-25 yeah, all seems to be working good and car drives as it was before.. I hope youre right to big bro
where did you buy the clock spring?
I bought it used off Facebook market place, saved a few bucks but was a bit risky. Buying It used was totally worth the risk. My clock spring is still working as it should.
Did you have issues with an airbag light?
Which code were displaying for the SRS light?
Any aftermarket recommendations? For clock spring?
No idea bro I went with original
