We had the pleasure of collaborating with Paolo Cevoli on his precious format "Masterpieces," where we tell our reality and the importance of our entry in January 2023 in Fair Trade - WFTO (Word Fair Trade Organization)as the first 100% Italian food chain to be part of it.
But what does it mean to be Fair Trade with our entire supply chain, from agricultural practices to the pack of pasta?
Fair Trade means respecting the environment and people's work, starting from the value of farmers to the sale of pasta, to put on the market an accessible organic product, with an approach to the market that does not follow the dynamics of the speculative economy.
