Mr. Han; You and your craftsmen are in a league of your own. To master a freehand straight cut with a circular saw in lumber of those dimensions is masterful in itself. Equally difficult is to us a chainsaw to cut a three foot circle, in a slab five or six inches thick. Kudos.

Impressed I am not. The use of the skill saw and the inaccurcy as such only to be finished hammer and chizel. I think the elders would be very disappointed. But on another point, the destruction of these exotic hard wood trees, is criminal. I have been to the warehouses of examples of this pointlesness. I cannot begin to describe the amount of abuse to the enviroment in the name of furniture that the Chinese produce. All be it said, the rest of the world is just as guilty: when will it stop?

All I can say is wow! First, I am amazed at the size of the material used for this project. I would like to know what type of wood it is. Second, The joinery used for the rails looked very complicated. The gentleman who did the joinery is very skillful. Third, what a beautiful table!

Meu senhor, o mundo inteiro trabalha com chapa industrializada. Seria impossível atender a demanda mundial com pranchas desse tipo. Eles devem ser de um país onde as leis são frouxas e pelo que vejo são pobres e que provavelmente algum intermediário fatura alto no trabalho deles.

Such a waste of expensive tropical hardwoods - have you ever heard of veneered plywood? Is the wood kiln or air dried? If not its going to split and warp very soon when using such thick lumber. Not impressed!
