- 5 years ago, I was working on @Pathao and had absolutely no idea about IBA, University of Dhaka when my mom told me to try for it. Only before the admission tests, I researched as well as heard from others about what to expect at IBA and why it was special. But the reality was completely different for me. In this video, I am sharing some of my reflections about IBA, what makes it different, was it worth it and some advice for new students :) - Here is to my alma mater! I was selected in written test. But I couldn’t attend the viva because I was sick at that time.
But,fortunately I got admitted in Finance Dept. FBS,DU.
Everytime I passed the IBA Building, I Feel so attached and lost.
I simply just can't put this emotion in words.
This regret has been eating inside me and always will be!

Right now I am not available on any social media because of my admission preparation.But surely I will whenever i get back
Man but the thing is probability of getting chance in IBA is close to zero and for me i wanna takr part in an examination where i have probability of getting success. I have no problem with iba but i think i can be successful financially and career wise by having other occupation. Iba is great but risky for sure. I don't know but i will give it a try after having chance on a certain subject.

If I may add IBA helps you to multitask better (even for those who don't have an org like Pathao to spend time on). On many occasions we had multiple term exams/quizzes/report submissions on the same day. And like you said, the course curriculum is the same but the competitive pressure to do better, to get a better grade was there from the get go.

I prepared for both BUET and IBA in the beginning but decided to fully focus on IBA later on

Hey Zubair, sure thing! I studied at an english medium school (Scholastica) and then went to China for a summer school. I prepared for IBA for around 2 months only through Mentors coaching center. That's it!
