Why do we need Human Centric Architecture for Competitive Advantage

Today, much of #enterprisearchitecture which includes both (#business and #technology architecture) just capture the main parts of the business, but it misses out the human aspects. But it's the human side of the business that can be a competitive differentiator for the business.
