@@anjalipandey8454Yes, sure. Actually, I was very disturbed because of the behavior of few family members. It got to the point where I slipped into severe depression and anxiety. Then, with the blessings of the Almighty, I came across Shivani Didi's videos. I watched multiple videos, which changed my thought process and made me realize the law of karma. I gradually understood that it's me, not other people, who create my thoughts and feelings. I started listening to her daily and watched videos on the power to adjust, expectations, hurt, healing, emotional freedom, detachment, and manifestation. After that, I made it a habit to meditate for 5 minutes before going to sleep and after waking up. I repeated affirmations and sent positive thoughts to the people with whom I wanted to heal the relationship. I considered myself as a soul and connected myself to the supreme soul, sending them vibrations as a fellow soul. After a few days, I started seeing changes in relationships that I thought could never be healed, and I also felt freed from the toxicity of those family members. It was a miracle. The only thing you need to do is to do it consistently (affirmation) and believe in what you are doing. It will definitely work.
