Sure, it's probably not a deal breaker for him right now, but if he truely wants kids like he said he does, then later in life, there will be regret. This is why you should never live your life in regret. If you want kids, then have kids. It would suck to be 50 or 60 years old, regretting not having kids. By then, it's too late. You'll have a greater chance of not being able to watch them grow or be there for them like you would if you were 30 or 40. Life is too short to be settling for something less....especially when it's about having children

It's not always just about pain though. It's nine months of body alteration, hormonal imbalance, the fact that a woman literally has to change her body to give birth. It's the emotional and physical change. This guy is pretty awesome.

I married a man who had this attitude. He wanted kids , I didn’t. He shared the opinion that it was a lot for a woman to put her body thru and never once pressured me. He loved me regardless. 9 yrs after marrying I decided I wanted a kid . She’s now 21 and my husband and I have been married 31 yrs.
