I tried after the "HELP AND FEEDBACK" that transitions unto the youtube part. A highlight or reminder pops up as soon as I try pressing "HELP OR FEEDBACK" saying I need permissions and on the "HELP AND FEEDBACK" page, it doesn't show the youtube video or it wont let me connect to the internet. Any thoughts on this? I've had this phone for a few years and it's been sitting here I forgot my user name and password as it was an older model lol.
