The Sunj beach located on the island of Lopud, one of the Elaphite Islands close to Dubrovnik, Šunj Beach offers an enticing tranquillity amid rich blue waters, Mediterranean forest, and appealing sands with a shallow draft into the sea. This sandy beach provides a wealth of entertainment and can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages. It is an especially good place for families with little children, because the shoal extends up to 100 meters in the sea. In addition, it is suitable for playing picigin, which is why it is best known among Croatian residents. Surrounded by a pine forest, Šunj beach has plenty of natural shade, but you can also rent loungers and parasols. The use of public toilets is available. Wi-fi network is provided on the beach. On the beach Šunj, you will find a rich offer of refreshments and food in bars and restaurants. In addition, one part of the beach is set aside for nudists, and here in the evening are often organized unforgettable parties, which is why this beach attracts a younger population.
