This remind me of the buffet i have in thailand, It called Copper Beyond Buffet, you should try it if you have a chance to visit Thailand. It is buffet but they make it like made to order on most dishes, must try place

If you will be staying at an air bnb or hotel, you could ask them to assist you in making the reservations.

From a distance of about 10'000 km from Italy Parmigiano and Grana Padano are basically identical. 😉
