Synopsis:
The adventurer Allan Quatermain has been recruited to lead a British-American expedition in search of a fabled treasure deep within unexplored Africa. Throughout the film, Quatermain must avoid hidden dangers, violent natives and other unseen traps during their quest for the treasure of the Temple of Skulls, travelling by train, river and air to reach his goal, while being pursued by rival treasure-seekers and unfriendly natives who wish to sabotage his expedition.

Quite Corney, but much fun to watch. I love how Lady Anna's make up remains flawless throughout the whole ordeal.

n I don't think they were budgeted for much in the way of SPARE costoomery, heck's bells they were even recycling BULLET RICOCHETS towards the end there.
And who white dress is in perfect condition after been shot at and running down in the dirt road in the hot sun. Strange.

This is not representing the said Quatermain 1887 novel. It's a completely new written "xxx sequel" to it. Just reusing a couple of names. (Only 2)
The film 'Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold' (1986) is a 1000 times closer to the 1887 novel.

THE ACTOR HARRISON FORD WAS IN A MOVIE CALLED KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL AND HE WAS in A movie CALLED THE LAST CRUSADE WITH SEAN CONNERY CONNERY AND SEAN CONNERY WAS SHOT IN THE STOMACH AND HARRISON FORD FINDS THE CUP OF CHRIST AND THEN HE PUTS IT INTO A BOWL OF WATER AND HE TAKES IT TO SEAN CONNERY AND HE PUTS IT ON THE BULLET WOUND AND THEN IT HEALS IT UP AND THEN THEY RIDE HORSES INTO THE SUNSET AND THATS THE END OF THIS MOVIE AND I'VE GOT THIS MOVIE ON DVD AND it's A GREAT ONE 😁

So many parts are missing. After the king gets shot they skip all the way to finding the cave entrance.
2 ads in the first 5 minutes not a good sign for a movie such as this one.

This was ok, but no curtain call. Why does every treasure hunt movie end with the treasure being discovered, but right at that moment, an earthquake buries the treasure again forever. Why?
Because they don't want anybody find the treasure😂😂😂😂
