I can attest to the difficulty of this game. When I was a wee lad, my best friend invited me over just to be able to beat the campaign on Legendary(we stood no chance soloing it). Good old days.
I remember the moment of absolute joy seeing that white screen at the end of a legendary run. Hours and hours spent facing off against jackal snipers only for Zoo to sword-cancel through the entire map 😂
wonder what the time would be if the save wasn't modded to guarantee the tram-skip setup at the very beginning. (if you don't know, most runners do this and don't start on the tutorial mission)

While this run is 7min 27 sec off Zoo's world record, the time of 1:23:20 would still place him today as the 9th fastest player in the world.
Its sub 1:20 as loading screen & PGC does not count

Its also not technically a 1:23. Cause the timer that gdq isn’t completely right. For instance it start after he restarts the mission in beginning
Where are you finding that? I can only find the haloruns records which are xbox/xbox 360 only. This is a pc run, which even speedrun doesn't list.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I've never seen a speedrun of Halo LOOK this fast. Few deaths, few hangups- for a marathon setting this is insane.

Absolutely great! I used to run og H2 on Xbox by far the hardest game in the series. Nice to see the H2 MCC version live as well.

The date is wrong. Halo 2 didn't release on PC until 2006.
MCC on PC was 2019. Still a 2004 game.
The MCC port doesn't use the Vista version though, I believe

It seems like they're basing on what year the game was released on its original platform, Ratchet and Clank had 2002 despite being played on a ps3
