- Salam! Salama and I went to try Ethiopian Food at the oldest Ethiopian restaurant in Dubai called "Al Habasha Restaurant" and it was some of the tastiest food we've had alhamdulilah 🇪🇹 🧡

The ingredients of Doro wot is common but the amount of ingredients, types of spices and the time you take to cook make the difference.
Basic ingrediants are
Whole chicken cut into 12 parts, lots of red onion (a min of 5lbs per one whole chicken), berbere (seasoned pepper powder), seasoned ethiopia butter, and lots of spices ...
