I was born in the 80s.
Thing with the time of 2008 is how a female was running for presidency and lost. It was a moment in time for both unprecedented people to have run for presidency. A female and a African/African American male to have run for presidency was big. For the vote to have gone to the males and not the female can be questionable. Yet, it is in the past which is still affecting today, but it is what it is.
Just as the government have been allowing other things to occur for their own reason(s).
