The fights with Danis and possibly Fournier/Woodley next are only there to give KSI experience. He's dealt with adversity when Logan knocked him down in LA. He's gonna deal with a southpaw now. Then next someone who's skilled... and after that it's him vs Jake and may the best man win.
KSI wants it more than Dillion. He messed up by throwing that coffee at him and that made him angry. We all know the animal in him will come out to make sure he wins the fight against him.

This is actually great content. Some stuff I'd like to add into my functional training I do once a week, apart from my hypertrophy based training. I wanted to get into explosive training to get in my HIIT in more fun days and these types of videos are great.
